There was almost zero customer service when another adult and I visited the Saskatoon store Friday October 13 around 6:30 pm. We weren’t greeted, asked what we were looking for, or would we like help. I had to ask the young woman if we could try on shoes. There were no recommendations , no measuring, no fitting. We chose 2 styles to try on, and the wrong colour was brought with no offer to try something else. It was painful.

Would give 0 stars if it would let me. Very poor customer service at the Saskatoon location. Ended up leaving and not purchasing anything. Will not go back.

They didnt have a single wide toe box shoe. I asked the staff member working and they confirmed that they don't have any. Shoe technology is moving forward with wide toe boxes and I was really surprised that they don't carry any.

Ordered a pair of shoes about 3 weeks ago with the a sales rep in store. Was told that it would come in 3-5 business days. I just received an email a few days ago that the shoes came in. (Unfortunate that there were delays in getting the shoes but understandable) however, I check the box before leaving and it turns out it wasn’t the pair that I had ordered. From my understanding the actual shoes I ordered were sold to someone else. Rather than reordering the original pair and waiting another 3 weeks I just went with the shoes they had on hand… I usually hear good reviews about the store (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) but this was definitely not a good experience.

Went in to find some good shoes for walking. The clerk on duty was very helpful and kind. I found the prices competitive and the level of service superior.

Very disappointed that purchasing a product I am informed of opened and it does not work I have to deal only with the manufacturer. If you do not stand by your partner's product, please do not sell it

I was in there several months ago buying a pair of running shoes.Liz gave me some of the best customer service I have received anywhere, hands down. I had no intention of buying that day and I told her that but she still helped me without hesitation. She was so great that I did end up buying even though I wasn't planning on it! She helped me find the perfect pair of runners and I am still very happy with them. Thanks Liz!

Was welcomed at entry and when we asked about inserts the clerk said well you can look for yourself. But usually customers go to a Pediotrist and brings in s script. We thank the young man and headed 2 blocks over were we had fantastic service and bought with assistance. Disappointed

We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked in. A very helpful and knowledgeable employee named Liz helped my step brother get some track shoes that fit his feet and our budget. If I could rate 6 stars I would. Thank-you Liz. Buying shoes here was a pleasant experience.
