I am so happy with the amazing service and workmanship provided at Rings N Things. I have an eternity ring with a diamond that fell out. These rings are fragile! I didn’t know what to do to keep it from falling apart and losing diamonds but Rings n Things did. They added another band below the ring to help support it. It looks beautiful and is much stronger. This place is the bomb. My husband got my ring made here. Almost 2.5 years later a small diamond on my band fell out. And upon taking it back to get repaired - they offered to do it free of charge.They were helpful and humerous. 110% recommend all day.

I recently just had my grandfathers ring in for sizing and my grandmothers rope gold necklace in for repair. Dropoff monday and pickup friday. My results were beautiful these guys do nice work ! Got my ring back and all the scratched and dents were taken out and looking great . Thanks rings and things

Absolute 10/10! Walked in off the street and asked about engagement rings. I felt I had a small budget and was upfront about it, Dylan treated me like I was buying the place out.We talked expectations, design, cuts, sizes, materials and inventory and helped me decide on a custom setting and guided me through the entire process, taking up a large portion of his day.He was professional, prompt, and creatively cryptic when contacting me with updates during the process and I was able to stop by a few times and see progress.I ended up with a stunning, tasteful, and rather large diamond for my budget. And most importantly she said yes!

Rings and things stepped up when GMG jewelers did not. Rings and things created a new piece for me at stealth speed, did the sizing I required, as well as aided me to look for, find and purchase two new rings (pinkie and thumb) then size them down to fit me. All of this during the before Christmas rush.Rings and things took the time on my return to pick things up, to explain why it would not be easy to fill the back of a custom ring using a ring from my mom that I’d replaced the stone in last year at GMG, could not be easily filled as GMG said I could do and would cost $600/$700 to do. Fact - GMG screwed up badly by telling me I could fill the back of my ring at a later date due to the stone (spinel) that I’d replaced the garnet with. Reason? The spinel will lose colour or could crack. The stone is purchased separately from a respected source.When I met with GMG to discuss my 1star review, (letting the GMG manager know the work I had needed and the purchasing I’d wanted to do on the day I was ignored at GMG was completed by Rings and things… except for my custom ring)In no way would the manager take responsibility for their mistake regarding their treatment of me as well as their screw up on the info that I could fill my ring later and 5 days after my face to face meeting with the GMG manager, I received this letter from the GMG manager I’d spoken withHi Aukeera,It was a pleasure to meet with you last week and get to know you a little bit ? I do appreciate you taking the time to come back to GMG.After lengthy discussions and consultations with the owners and goldsmiths, we have decided that the risk is too high to your ring and its best not to attempt any repairs to it. The stone is too unique to ever be able to replace it in the event of it chipping or fracturing during a repair.Thanks and take care,SandyRings and things may have a unique attitude from time to time but I’ll go there now for my wants and needs. We needed to get an engagement ring and wedding band resized on short notice for our wedding, and were thrilled with the service at Rings N' Things. They got the resizing done same day, polished up the rings beautifully, and offered to polish them up again the day before the wedding. So glad we found this spot!! Highly recommend.

Worst and rudest experience at a jeweller! I do not recommend going here unless you want to be talked down to and made to feel stupid for asking questions. Worst experience I took my ring elsewhere and won’t be back.

They Just recently starting doing watches and shows. They have no accountability. I got my waterproof watch battery replaced and on my vacation it leaked alot of water and I’ve used it multiple time with no issue. after I called the guy who did my waterproof watch he said did I get it waterproof tested? And insinuated I need to get that when replacing battery. He wants me to bring the watch in so he can make some excuse that it’s not his fault.
