I found a beautiful pair of pants at RICKI'S, but I needed a different size. The staff phoned the other RICKI'S locations and were able to locate the right size very efficiently and quickly. The other location had my pants waiting for me. It was seamless and I was very satisfied. Thank you for the great clothes and great friendly service!

Shopped here Sunday at Lawson mall. Wasn’t overly impressed with the service…not much help that’s for sure. Pretty disappointing.

I had an event to go to that evening and the staff were incredibly helpful and even offered their advice while I tried on my options. I ended up scoring a beautiful wool coat, multiple blazers, dress pants, dresses, and bodysuits for just under $250. Cannot wait to shop there again! Thank you to the staff for making my last minute shopping less stressful!

I would like to give a shout out to employee Lily at Lawson Heights. I came to Rick’s on a Thursday night and it was towards closing There was other people in the store as well, and she was doing a great job, helping us all out and not making any of us feel rushed She was very helpful and selections and honest with feedback exactly what you would like When it came time to pay, I was using a gift card that I’ve gotten for Christmas for the mall ( not Ricki specifically ) but it would not ring through. This time it is about five minutes to closing. She was very patient and made a couple phone calls to the card company as well to her national office. They even tried resetting their tills. She was very engaging with all of us waiting to pay When I said that I would come back the next day she said no that’s OK. We’ve got time. After a while, it became aparent that I was not going to be able to pay with gift cards so she said that she would put the clothes aside until I could check with the mall as to what was wrong Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to come back until Saturday. The mall does not have a kiosk with a real person to help me. Horrible service as I tried calling and was basically just told maybe I should use my gift card at a different store ?!? Fortunately, Lily was there at Ricki’s and remembered our interaction. She owned it, tried again, tried some different solutions, and generally cared that I was getting the runaround by the gift card company Again, just outstanding service, friendly, caring, and very competent. At the end of the day employees like Lily are very very very Hard to find, and I know if I had a business, she would be my manager in a heartbeat. Well done you’re an outstanding individual Lilly And will keep me shopping at Ricki s Lawson as well referring my family and friends. I thank you very much

AMAZING customer service and will be back soon!!!! I was very nervous about purchasing new business attire and unsure how it should look and fit as this was a new thing in my world. Nicki and the other sales associate made me feel so comfortable and understood the help l needed! They both where extremely helpful in giving their honest options and offered many suggestions that worked so well. I left confident in my purchases and excited to wear my new wardrobe. Went in to buy a pair of pants & ended up purchasing 2 pr of clearance shorts & tank top for upcoming trip.Staff was so friendly , pleasant & helpful . Quality of clothes to price is very satisfactory . I prefer the Lawson location over the others in Saskatoon. I recommend to try out shopping here , even just browsing the racks . There’s always something I manage to find ;)
