Service has really dwindled. Just wandered the store for 15 mins, did 3 laps around the store, picked up an item to try on and carried it around. Not once was I said hello to or acknowledged, other customers same thing and didn't get service until they asked for help. Two sales associates were putting out stock and having personal convo, plenty of time to help customers coming through. One associate complained something was "pissing" her off, very unprofessional.
I hung up the items and left. Clearly they weren't interested in making any sales tonight.

Often the other store in Stonebridge has a larger inventory but I prefer the lighting in the change rooms here. It doesn’t create so many shadows. Also the staff have always been really helpful here.

A decent place to shop work and winter wears. Their clothes are of good quality.

The staff that helped us was fabulous, that being said the manager was not helpful and I feel should have honoured a price better. found a super cute dress and the price tag had a sale sticker of $19.99, it scanned up as $49.99. The lovely lady helping us went to ask the manager if she could honour the sale price on the item, to which the manager didn’t even come out to see, she just said no and to peel the sticker off. Super disappointing on how it was handled. I’ve also worked retail many times and we’ve always honoured those mistakes, I was so excited for the dress but ultimately decided against it after watching the sticker get peeled off infront of us as if the mistake didn’t happen and told nope too bad.

Store is clean and well-organized; garments are not steamed so don't present as well as they could; staff is friendly and courteous; Spring line very nice!

I'm not entirely sure the black Friday sale was black Friday prices.That being said the mall had like the worst black Friday sale I've ever seen in my entire life so they shined.The cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing people had to be involved it was all resolved but still......
