Went on Saturday October 5. Most* of the staff were very kind and helpful, but the one girl working in the changerooms was quite rude and it seemed like she did NOT want to be there. I prefer not to comment negatively but this interaction was off-putting.

Walked into store and was immediately told by staff member that they closed in 1 hour. She acted like they were closing immediately.

The lighting in the change rooms is terrible and creates lots of shadows so it’s super hard to tell if something looks good or not. I do love the second adjustable mirror though, and often their inventory is better than the Lawson store.
Multiple times that I have been there though, I never get any followup from staff while in the change room. I’ve had to go out and grab other sizes myself and they seemed unmotivated to help.

Great stock! Large range of sizes! Friendly staff. Only downfall was they didn't have reduced items marked...if I hadn't checked online beforehand, I wouldn't have got the great deal, I got! Amazing sales, so check out website before shopping in person.

Love this store most of my clothes come from there .staff r so helpfull ,plus store is so clean . Hand sanitizer at entry.

RUDE. The clerks didn't mention any sales, the girl with really long brown hair one couldnt even be bothered to go through the spiel of the cash cards that they give which is fine because theyre useless anyways but her manner was HORRIBLE. She made us feel unwelcome. AND crammed all our items into a tiny bag. She was super unprofessional. I dont like being treated like i dont belong there so im def buying online from now on.This location also barely has anything, anything bigger then XL is nowhere to be found.I used to shop at the Betts location and those clerks were so nice. I havent been to the Lawson heights location, maybe i might have better luck there.But yeah avoid this location if you want an enjoyable shopping experience because this is not the place for that!
