Not sure what’s happened to this place in last couple years but I’m totally unimpressed with my most recent dealings with them. I’ll never be going back ever after today’s interaction .Actually a real shame because they used to be a good shop years ago .

I had been going to pro plus for many years and spent thousands of dollars there over the years. They are on the expensive side but seemed honest and polite so I felt it was worth it. My last visit they returned the car to me with a huge screw in the tire. I took it back to them and the guy puts a plug in it but proceeds to tell me the tire isn’t road worthy and I should get a new tire. They drove over the screw why should I pay for the new tire?! Sad that after almost a decade that guy was willing to burn our relationship over the replacement cost of one tire. He wasn’t the usual front end guys who have always been polite. This guy was a complete jerk about it. I’ve never done anything to indicate I’m a liar or scammer. It’s been years… why would I do that now? I don’t understand the denial and anger on his part. Never going to them again after that experience.*update* I’ve now discovered that something they told me couldn’t be fixed could easily be fixed. So for 5 years I put up with something very annoying that another mechanic fixed cheaply. That’s nice ?

This is by far the best automotive repair shop in the city. They always call you to explain what they have found before they make any repairs. They explain any possible solutions and their recommendations. Ultimately they let you decide what you want to do. The work is always done in a timely and efficient manner.
