They’ve got 4 cashiers standing there doing nothing and directing everyone to the customer service desk that has a big lineup and 1 person working. I don’t care how good the return policy is if I have to wait 90 minutes to the deal with the only person who wants to do their job

We stop at the store before going back to Prince Albert
Ask for help to get freon not very helpful, we also needed rubber gloves we went to the surplus area 2 girls are putting stuff away I told them that I need to grab gloves they keep talking and ignoring me about 5 minutes,the service was not the greatest.So we won't be coming back

The lady at the return counter was HORRIBLE to deal with. Although my pressure washer was over 2 years old.... the manager who uses crutches came by and helped me.... actually help me with true customer service! He was a great guy to deal with and will be the reason that I return again.
Thank you for your customer service.... the lady at the return counter..... not so much at all.

My uncle took me here in 2015 since he and his wife regularly used to drive this way on their way to Costco. They had what he needed and the shelves were organized and well stocked.

I had trouble finding stuff in the store walked up and down all aisle could find what I was looking for and asked a worker there she helped me find all the items I needed and even some I didn't think I needed. Very educated worker very helpful thank you Taylor for the help today.

Canada's answer to Harbour Freight! This is my go to play store, next to the Home Depot. Of course, Princess Auto is more for the crafty DIY mechanics, whereas, the HD is for the DIY woodworker in us!
Come on down, you'll never regret spending a few hours here, letting your imagination loose!
