I recently had the pleasure of visiting Porsche Center Saskatchewan, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. Tried calling for services, maintenance, and vehicle checks, barely anyone ever answers and when someone does answer, they’d be like “oh sorry, I don’t understand”. Worst service ever received from a dealership to be honest. Haven’t got my car checked in forever because apparently they can’t understand any English.

A few days ago, I had to get my vehicle towed an hour away to this dealership for repairs because my power steering wasn't working. I am working out of province and this is the only Porsche dealership in Saskatchewan. Ends up I needed to replace my entire steering rack which is an $8000 repair job. Not what I was expecting, but I agreed to the repairs and they ordered the parts which would arrive in 3 days. I asked for a loaner vehicle because I will be needing a vehicle while my car is getting repaired. Asked them 3 separate times but was met with a "we dont have any". I later found out they had 4 loaners available.Not what I was expecting from Porsche. This is my first Porsche, but I have always owned luxury vehicles, and whenever I brought my vehicles to the BMW/Mercedes dealerships for significant repairs (over $4000), I would always be offered a loaner for free. My car is out of warranty too, which means they are turning over much more of a profit with my repairs compared to another vehicle coming in for repairs under warranty. I am not from town, so I dont have any family/friends I could just borrow an extra car for a few days. I ended up having to be driven to the airport to pay for a basic rental car with Avis.Overall, not happy with the service I received from this dealership. This dealership will definitely not be my first choice to do business with in the future.

The other day my check engine light in my Porsche Cayenne S came on. I happened to be close to the dealership so I just drove directly there. Kristen the Service Manager immediately greeted me and assisted with my issue. All issues were dealt with and I was in a loaner in under an hour. I can’t say I have had better service than that in any other dealership. The service and staff are impeccable and I always feel like I’m treated like family.

We paid $3.5k for a MacanGTS allocation and signed all the contracts they need，include do not exporting and do not reselling in a year，even purchase another Porsche Cayenne s coupe from them with trading this Macan：）And they told us they find another local buyer so the GM break the contract without any consent from us：）

I can't say enough great things about this team! I recently bought a Macan Turbo from Lyle. From the first connection to the last wave as I drove out the lot, he was a professional.Anna also helped out and was fantastic too. Really helped with trouble shooting the Porsche Connect service for me!I'm from Ontario, but I would buy from here again without hesitation! They made my buying experience feel like an EXPERIENCE, instead of a transaction. No pressure selling, just knowable friendly and helpful conversations. 100% recommended! Given them a call you will not be disappointed.

Lyle from the Porsche Center set us up with a test drive of the Taycan (Porsche's new EV). It is a fantastic ride and I would highly recommend. Really enjoy working with Lyle who got us on our test drive quickly despite not having scheduled anything in advance.
