Came into the store Sunday a few hours before closing to see what type of bunnies they had for sale. We saw a bunny we liked and asked to handle it before purchasing but a frumpy female employee refused to let us handle the rabbit at all before buying it. She told us too many people had been in the store today before we came and she couldn’t let us handle it despite us wanting to purchase into a loving well stocked home. Avoid this place and it’s frumpy overlord.

I love my new bunny they have good customer service I loved the other animals they are cute I wanted to get both them the rabbit and the bunny but I only had to get one so I chose her

Came in to do some shopping & 2 very nice gentleman with excellent customer service; Doug & Darren; helped me out. THEY MADE MY DAY helping me find pet gates. Unfortunate; did not have the height of the product i was looking for but they helped me find what i was looking for . SO DERERVE A GOOD RAISE !!!

the worker is very very rude person I don't know what he is name I have dipration he hert me but manager is good today but she side his worker .customers is all time right this is all company rules but confederation petland is not follow the rules. worker is worker is racism. I buy the warranty fish my fish is die same day buy he not refund my credit .clearance side petland is all friendly follow the customers situation

Fave pet store. Been going there for years and bought 2 of my pets there. Confed Mall is seriously a nice mall, and I would like to see it do better.

Definitely the best place I've been to in Saskatoon for fish. I always see the same guy working that department and I should really get his name because he's absolutely terrific. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, just all around a great guy to deal with.
