Went a few years ago to have the battery changed in my bulova watch. Took me a couple days to realize the seal had been messed up and was actually sticking out of the case. Went back and they refused to do anything for me, "cant prove it was us". Not even a year later the battery dies. Fast forward 2 more years, I just bought my own battery change and seal kit(wasnt wearing my watches due to work). Turns out they use the worst batteries on the market. The original bulova battery lasted 4-5years.

I was greeted right away. Service was on point, never caught her name but she does have pink glasses and pink nails she was VERY helpful and VERY knowledgeable in the industry. I had a few issues with an engagement ring and she was hands down best to talk to. She helped right away and had it sent out asap. We got it the ring back sooner than expected since she had put a rush on it. 10/10 for experience. We will be back. Thanks again!

On boxing day my brother & his girlfriend went to view engagement & wedding rings. An associate by the name of Alice chose to make a comment to my future sister in law saying that basic girls like basic rings after she tried on a few and told her what she liked. I don’t care if you’re trying to earn some commission by convincing someone to go bigger or what but the nerve this woman had to say that. Shame on her! I was absolutely appalled & disappointed to hear this. How dare you ruin such a special moment for two people.

I had a rather disappointing experience with the service, particularly considering the purchase of a $750 watch set on 24-Nov-23 around 630pm. The gentleman at the store asked for assistance from a lady to help me, who jokingly said no. Despite having tried the watch previously and knowing my preference, the lady didn't allow me to try it on again. During checkout, she handled the watch carelessly, dropping it on the counter as if it held little value after I had paid for it. Additionally, she insisted I had to mail it for fitting, but the aforementioned man clarified that was not necessary and he fitted it for me. Given the amount of the transaction, I had expected a higher level of service.

The man and the woman working the day I went were very rude to me and my mom, they were very dismissive and had rude attitudes and when my mom wanted to get her free cleaning on her earrings they came out not even clean. I was trying to ask a question about a watch and if it came in a different color and he wouldn't answer my question and was being rude it was really weird!! I saw a beautiful engagement ring I wanted but now I'm not going here I'm gonna go somewhere else!

I came this spot many times. They use to have another store located in the Lawson Mall where I got mine ring.Before Christmas I visited here with my best friend, he is getting rings for her wife.They serve us professionally show the ring my friend has searched online, we allow to take a picture before purchase. Great shopping experience every time I visit!If you want some jewellery or decorations with gemstones, here will be easy and nice place to visit.
