Have been to Parr twice now for wildlife claims and the customer service has been excellent! They keep you updated and informed on the status of your parts and vehicle and have been nothing but a good experience all around.

Just finished having these guys look after my truck. Having bad experiences in the past with other auto body shops, this was the most surprising welcome experience! From an easy booking, to the perfect amount of texted updates as my truck went through the shop, too the cookies they gave me at the end! Great service, great people, we won’t hesitate to come back here with any other problems that may arise!

In today's world of businesses that could care less about their customers, Parr Auto Body is a refreshing change! They are prompt, courteous and go above and beyond. They kept me informed with regular updates on the progress of my vehicle. I was going to have trouble dropping off my vehicle so they came to my house and picked it up. The vehicle looked great when I got it back and the work I had done was part of their lifetime guarantee!

Can't say enough good things about Parr! I purchased a vehicle that had a claim on it and the Parr team did extra work free of charge outside of the claim. As well, there was a miscommunication between SGI and Parr about a rental vehicle being covered while my vehicle was in for work and they covered the bill.
An exceptional team and wonderful customer service! :)

I had never had to make an insurance claim and have my vehicle repaired before. Parr was recommended to me and I will be passing the same recommendation on to anyone and everyone.
Parr made the whole process seamless and stress free for me. They took care of communicating with insurance AND the rental company! They sent me updates on the progress and let me know about othr unrelated damage that they could fix while they had the car. They could not hve made this easier for me.
My car's butt has never looked so good.

I have been taking my vehicles to Parr Autobody for years now!
The staff and owners are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, caring and pleasant to work with. I have not had a bad experience thus far, hence why I will keep bringing my business to them.
Also, they are one of the most cost effective when it comes to windshield stone chip repair . Trust me, I know from experience! Plus, they have me a pack of cookies! Can’t go wrong with a nice little treat!
I 100% highly suggest this autobody shop.

Wonderful staff, and an excellent overall experience. I was so impressed with Parr auto body when we had to take in our Mazda for repairs and paint. They were so accommodating and made the whole experience pleasant and convenient. They had the rental there and ready the morning of drop off, kept in touch via text about progress, got permission for additional services and gave my car back all cleaned up and better than new! 10/10!!!

No one likes getting into an accident, but with Parr you know you're in good hands! I’ve been to a few body shops and this one is by far the best! From the day I dropped it off to the day I picked it up I was updated on exactly what was going on with my truck so there were no surprises. The vehicle had also been cleaned prior to picking it up. And as a bonus they also sent me home with a bag of cookies. Highly recommend this shop!

This is my fourth (!) time having my vehicle repaired at Parr, and I've consistently found them to have super friendly and professional customer service, timely and ongoing communication, and of course, great repair work. Plus, they return your car squeaky clean and always with a package of homemade cookies ?
Wouldn't go anywhere else if I could help it.

Just had an SGI claim for repair work completed with Parr. Absolutely stellar service - they gave me regular updates, detailed my car, and were super responsive. Highly recommend!
