Had to address a noise coming from the front of my vehicle. It was a wheel bearing and also had abs/traction control lights on my dash. Unable to get the part needed to replace it - they repaired it as an alternative. Car repairs are always expensive - but these folks work hard to make it less painful.

My Lexus RX350 was making a loud weird noise, a friend recommended Paragon Auto Service to me, i called in and got an appointment very fast. Gentleman name Steve is very professional and was able to diagnose the vehicle and got my vehicle back on road quick. Very satisfied with the service and Highly recommended.

More importantly, they have consistently won my trust over the years in their diagnoses, repairs and pricing: perhaps that's an intangible quantity to some, but it is something that I prize and have found it very elusive elsewhere in the automotive industry. This is the best mechanic shop I have ever been too.The customer service is second to none and the owners are exceptional human beings. My wife and family have been going to Paragon for years now, and every experience has been outstanding. The owners were phenomenal!! My vehicle broke down I called CAA for my tow and they suggested Paragon. My vehicle had extreme problems. They did all they could in a very timely matter.
