Editing to change to one star because it has been over a year and the glass chips and back wiper still have not been fixed. The vehicle came to me with these problems and I was assured they would be fixed. I have tried to reach out numerous times, and have only received an answer from Riley once when he said the parts had come in, but that it had been over a year. I was never informed that the parts were in. I get messages all the time about upgrading or getting a new car from O'Brians, but they won't fix the one I already got from them. Now I am going to be stuck with the bill.
Old Review:
Everyone is super great to deal with and I didn’t feel pressured. My only complaint is that the vehicles are supposed to go through a thorough inspection and I had some minor things that did not work. But the team was very good about getting them fixed!

Jacob used his incredible skills to get me approved by the bank with the best interest rate possible. Ankush was also very helpful throughout the process. I purchased my car in December with the verbal promise that the damage and poor modifications done to the car would be fixed. Once I took the keys to the vehicle they turned around and said that "there was no money left in the deal". The car has a large dent in the door, scratchs and white paint on the trunklid and the air filter was replaced with PVC piping and a terribly eBay cone filter which somehow passed a out of province inspection. Now that summer has come I noticed my cars a/c wasn't working so I booked it in for the recall with Honda only to find out the car wasn't equipped with a/c. The Salesman I dealt with was Murad. I would stay away from O'brians and with the price of new vehicles, just to a trustworthy dealership and buy a new car. Only scummy people work here.
Edit* My concerns with A/C only came up during the summer when I actually needed it, I only found out due to Miedl Honda pointing it out to me. The dent in my door was discussed and the agreement was it would have an appointment set up a week after I took the car for the dent to be fixed but was told afterwards that there was "no money left in the deal". I would also like to bring up the fact the 2019 Golf Sportwagen I came in to see that "burnt down" keeps popping up on Facebook marketplace under new listings so I doubt it actually burnt down but who knows, the listings only get taken down after a car is gone, like how my car's ad disappeared the day after I took it home but that Golf was up for another couple months. Again would not recommend talking or dealing with O'brians Automotive to anyone due to their practices.

Very terrible people to deal with. I bought a Honda Odeyssey and it had an engine light, Farhan promised me to fix it and after going back and with and waiting for so long he connected me to Jacob Maier the general sales manager who was not even responding to my emails. Farhan is the worse person with double face, only nice when he is selling a car but never care about his customers. I talk to the service manager but refused to help me fix my van. I will never deal with them and never recommend.

Iv had the best car buying experience iv ever had! Everyone is friendly and helpful! Kris and Mesele nailed it! They sweet talked the banks got me the best rate Iv had in years! Worked with my budget and got the payment I could afford for the car I wanted!! Brilliant boys! I will be back in the future!

I was looking for a car and I dealt with Hunter. He is a good sales representative, but his manager, HAMMAD, was unprofessional and very pushy. He texted me from his personal phone and wanted me to sign the papers right away, even though I had not seen the car personally. I told him to wait for my husband to decide, and we would go together to the dealership. He replied to me, "I CAN WAIT AS LONG AS YOU TELL ME, BUT YOU CAN'T EXPECT ME TO WORK LIKE THIS FOR YOU." I felt so bad and pressured, so I decided not to go through with car purchase. HAMMAD IS NOT GOOD IN MARKETING STRATEGY AND DEALING WITH OTHER PEOPLE.
