Product came damaged and can't reach anyone at all. They even emailed me a generic email with a return address to that's false. Horrible customer service and waste of money.

Newborn Feathers has recently cut all of their Affiliates and locked us out of our Back Office so we are unable to access our records of sales and compensation. Some Affiliates have not been paid and they are deleting and blocking anyone from their site that wants them to answer for their behavior!! This is very unprofessional!!! They have used us to gain customers and their information and then when they had them, they cut us out!! They didn't even have the decency to contact us first, we learned about it from Facebook posts and our customers who were wondering what was going on. These people are only out for themselves and are despicable!!

I had ordersd a set of earrings on promotion with free ship and free earrings, after submitting my credit card information even when bo transaction was not running. After ordering the company contacted me, saying they could not fulfill the order. Then shortly after retracted statement that they would fulfill but it would take a few months. The earring came packed in insulation styrofoam and watermelon tape. There was a store front packing with it. The earring was a silver geode mounted on a rose gold...probably fake gold. The rock did not quite fit on the rose gold mount too well with about 3mm side wall from the mount. I would have saw cut the height further and use side walls to hold the geode. From the unskilled eyes, many though it was a 3 carat diamond, commenting it was very brilliant in appearance. I did have a problem with the company, they did send a follow up email offering to pay me for my review and pay me even more for use of certain social media platforms. I had considered ordering more because I am a geo hobbyist and this would be fun as an alternative jewellery but the reviews were quite dishonest considering most customers wrote them eith incentive for free or significantly discounted jewellery.

Love the earrings. Light weight, many choices, beautiful, great value. The customer service is wonderful as well.
