Was visiting from out of town and my spouse and I stopped in as we seen the friends and family sale signs. We were helped by Halyna and Ben the Manager and could not have been happier. The atmosphere of the store was amazing and they attended to everyone providing the best customer service we have ever received going into a Mr Big and Tall. We will continue to drive the two hours just to go to this location!

Was looking for a bathrobe that would actually fit my BF and went to the store they actually referred me to their website for what I wanted the people that were super polite. Never have met a nicer person to chat with and made me feel very at ease would definitely recommend anybody that is tall or a big person to go there.

I have always had great service here. Always greated with a friendly hello and smile. As well as personal service. My biggest Knock is the styles! Big people want to dress just like others in stuff thats in style or trending. However Mr Big and Tall as well as George Richard's are no better for the styles they carry than Walmart. Bring in some better styles and lines please!

Have ordered on line 3 times now and should have learnt my lesson first time. Every time there has been a problem they have taken extra monies from my account unauthorized this time they took 3 payments of 130 which should have been just 1 leaving me short of funds, they say 4-10 days for money to be returned, blaming bank ,this the bank deny. Do not use them as they just steal your money and hold onto it for 10 days

Have to leave a review about this. Was in there on Christmas Eve to buy some clothes and my wife and I were followed closely by an older lady working there (not sure why an older lady works at a men’s big and tall store?). She began to creep us out as she kept showing us her Calgary flames tattoo and would walk right up to the changing room door and tell me how I looked. She kept giving me an unsettling look and kept saying I had a pretty smile and a nice body typeNo matter how often we tried to get space, she would jump in and kept making us feel uncomfortable. The guy at the counter was awesome but because of that woman, I won’t be coming back anymore. I instead ended up buying only one shirt as I desperately needed one for a supper I had to be at, but couldn’t enjoy the store and find more clothes
