If I could leave a no star review of their service I would. Trying to get son’s car booked in. First off. They do not reply to voice messages. Opened up a chat with a Liam. As of right now. No call to me has been made.

Kyle and his team in service provided amazing customer service! I am extremely grateful and pleased with the experience I had at Mini Saskatoon service department, not only did they get my cars sunroof covered under goodwill warranty but they also let me use the loaner mini the entire time my car was in their shop! They went above and beyond for me and I am very impressed with their work and customer service. They were kind and provided me with updates as they had them for me. I work a full time job and they were extremely accommodating when I had to arrange pick up. There were zero hidden fees, zero surprises, nothing but excellent service and honesty from Kyle and his team. I will recommend Kyle and the entire Mini Saskatoon Service team to anyone looking to get work done on their Mini! Such a wonderful, friendly, enjoyable experience from start to finish! Thank you so much for treating me and my car with care! As a bonus I got my car back detailed inside and out! Outstanding customer service!

I would avoid the repair centre at all costs. Over 14 years with my mini, every time I am forced to go there they literally do nothing except quote the most expensive repair possible without even the most feeble attempt to ferret out the problem.
Recently, the airbag fault went off on my mini. Of course, the dealer is the only one who can repair airbags for this make. For $170 + tax, they took 5 minutes and attached their code reader to tell me which airbag was faulty. They did not unbolt the seat to look at the connection, which is a common fault point according to everyone online. Nor did they otherwise spend an hour looking for the problem. Instead, Mini quoted the typical most expensive repair possible (replacement) and stole my money with no time spent. They did however work hard to find other work to do in hope that I'd cave to the repair quotes.
I wish this was the only time I've seen this but, without exception, this dealership attempts to do the least amount of work, quote the most expensive repair and take your money. Avoid them at all costs. Go to another place if at all possible. Thieves can be friendly but they're still thieves. You will overpay and they will underdeliver.

We don't have a local mini dealer, so when we were visiting family in Saskatoon we made an appointment to have the engine warning light looked at.They read the stored warning (not an actual check engine light) and gave us a suggestion of the issue. Also gave me a part number (cheaper to buy at home) .Car wash was a nice surprise.Sure enough the suggestion was correct and the warning light is gone.Great service!

Spent 20 minutes looking at the cars in the showroom waiting for help and no one even entered the room we were in. We saw salespeople talking with each other elsewhere; I think we were the only customers in the building. Very unimpressed. We'll likely go to Regina or Winnipeg to test drive one of these beauties.
