Horrible customer service. Went it to get a clasp fixed and was told it was my fault because my hair got caught in it and “broke it”. There is a one year warranty and I have only had the necklace for 2 months, but since it is my hairs fault they won’t fix it. Seems rather odd that a thin piece of hair can break an $800 piece of jewelry. The lady at the desk was incredibly rude and was no help, just kept repeating I need to buy a care plan. Bad quality jewelry, bad quality service.

I never leave a review but I feel like I have to warn people who have a Micheal Hill watch. So like I said, I have a Micheal Hill watch and went into the store to get a battery. They said “they do not do them here and would have to send it away.” “No problem” I said. I sent it away Jan 19th, 2024 and got it back three weeks later, all good. But then the beginning of April the battery stopped working. I called Micheal Hill to see if they warrant their work but because they sent it away, they don’t. The lady tells me that she will ask her manager and call me back, that was two weeks ago and nothing back. I get you don’t warrant the work you send away but you think you would try to do something, especially when it’s your product. Very disappointing especially when you only have one watch to wear.

I was looking for my future wedding ring with my boyfriend and Arti was helping me with the ring. she was really helpful and had excellent customer service. she introduced me to Flexiti as well and I like the idea. I would come back to get my future engagement ring.

Stopped in this weekend when I was in Saskatoon. Was looking for a dainty everyday wear necklace. I can’t remember the workers name but she was very sweet and helped me find the perfect one.

I usually enjoy coming in every 6 months for my ring inspection as I always get them cleaned and leave feeling like I have a brand new set of rings.. however this last time the customer service was less than adequate. It seemed as though I was an inconvenience getting my rings cleaned even though it's supposed to be a free service offerd to customers and the store wasn't busy at the time. I don't believe my rings were actually cleaned either so that was disappointing...

I wouldn't recommend this "jewler" because employees dont know anything about gold silver diamonds etc. ... very slow with computers and any paper work (dropped a gold chain off for cleaning and had to wait an hour for them to find my account and 8 days to get a $200 quote for cleaning.) ive bought an engagement ring and 2 gold chains from them Make sure you check other jewlers before buying from here. Customer service is terrible and Mark up is almost 50% more when compared to online jewlers and other jewlers around the city. I feel so stupid for buying from michael hill its very low quality,annoying to get anything accomplished,and hard to understand employees unless you are good with accents I'd pick 0 stars if I could.

The Associate Manager and Manager are incredible, they answered all the questions I had and were able to resolve the issue. Couldn’t have asked for a better interaction with the staff, they were so helpful even while being very busy.

Wonderful, wonderful service!I went to this location to purchase a promise ring for my girlfriend. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mags. Not only was she kind, helpful, and informative, she was just as excited about the gift as I was! I’m a very indecisive person, and I was really struggling to make a choice between two rings, she kindly offered her opinions on both of them, even recommending the cheaper ring because she genuinely thought it was a better fit. I even told her I wanted to go check out a few other stores before I committed to purchasing a ring from them, and she was so supportive. She put the two rings on hold for me in case I decided to come back, and honestly, I didn’t even want to look at other places after my experience. I obviously ended up coming back, and she was patient with me while I asked my questions and helped me out as much as she could with the price because she knew I was on a budget. She even called me before I left the mall because she had forgotten to give me my letter of authenticity. As long as this location has Mags, i will recommend it to anyone. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy. Friendly, kind, personable, and informative service.THANK YOU MAGS!!
