Andrew helped us out in store. He was exceptional in terms of his customer service. He was very knowledgeable. Asked us what we were looking for and helped us find exactly our needs. He offered us the best priced option as well. He did not try to upsell us or make us get anything we didn’t need. I already enjoyed shopping and memory express, but Andrew made it an even greater shopping experience. Definitely gained a loyal customer.

I bought a few things from memory express in Saskatoon to be shipped to my residence in a different city. The communication via email was great. Victoria, the individual who responded to me, was quick to respond, friendly, and addressed all my questions in an efficient manner. The process of payment was fast and easy. They also offered to help me mount the processor on the motherboard before shipping them to me, which was a very nice gesture from them. I got a tracking number the same day I made the purchase, and my items arrived the following day in the morning. I highly recommend this place for your computer needs! I will definitely order from them again. I hope to visit Saskatoon soon to see the store in person. Thanks for all the help!

picked up a new keyboard the other day with the help of Andrew! he was extremely instrumental in helping me choose what type of switches i wanted and had a lot of great tips. super happy with my purchase and so very grateful for all of Andrews help and expertise!! :D

Definitely one of my favorite places for PC help in Saskatoon. The team there is so knowledgeable and understanding. I had an amazing experience building my rig. The employee helping me gave me very honest opinions on each choice of part. Definitely gonna be going there for every upgrade I need!

Wonderful service from Memory Express. I came in a few weeks back and spoke with Leigh about having them build me most of a new gaming computer (everything but the graphics card). Leigh was easy to talk to, friendly and worked with me and my budget to find the best parts. Memory Express had the new computer put together and ready to go for me within a few days.
I ended up having to bring the computer back in after running into some blue screen issues. Both of the customer service staff I dealt with, Jordan and Josh, were very helpful and assured me Memory Express would take good care of me. They diagnosed the issue, swapped out the problematic component and discounted me the price difference. I had my new computer back within 48 hours of dropping it off. Massive shoutout to the technician Derek for the prompt and effective service, zero issues since.
Overall Memory Express earned themselves a repeat customer and I couldn't be happier with the experience from both the Sales and Customer Service sides of the business. I think I'll be back soon to grab a fresh mousepad, I'm loving my new rig.

Your website is very poor. Tried to order a new $4,000 build, after swearing at my machine/ your website for an hour I will order from Amazon. Get this fixed thank you.

refuse to work, with you for repairs.laptop works fine, except the hinge broke, I took it there to their service department and was told I would have to leave it for about a month for parts and to fixed.I asked is there anyway you can order the parts even if I pay up front; then I could continue to use my laptop, it's used for work and entertainment and the it functions perfectly besides a mechanical part.was told that against policy and a take it or leave deal.Moral of the story if your buying great place to shop but don't hope for help on the repair side.
