Was racially profiled. I was in there shopping with my best friend, just looking around minding our own business. I was holding this dress in my hands and I had accidentally almost dropped it, I caught it though but I had noticed that in the corner of my eye an employee was following my friend and I around the store. She came up to me then said, “I’m just going to take that from you before it (the dress) gets hurt.” She said that as I was already continuing to hang it back up, which she snatched from my hands and preferred she did it herself, obviously. I honestly didn’t even know what to say, so my friend starts getting upset and then the mall security was called. They didn’t do anything. I was simply asking for an explanation and an apology but this angry lady wasn’t having any of it. So definitely don’t shop here if you are worried about being discriminated against or followed around the store. Oh, she also accused me of stealing once the mall security got there. I also worked at the mall during this time, the security knew who I was but they really give indigenous people the cold shoulder.

Had an issue with a salesperson giving incorrect return information at the time of purchase. The manager was understanding and willing to keep a satisfied customer. Will continue to shop here. Nice store, great clothes and helpful staff!

I normally love this store. I had received a text from them reminding me that I had a $15 reward that was going to expire on August 31st. I live about 2 hours from the store in Saskatoon, but actually was in Saskatoon and stopped by the store and purchased 3 items. When the sales person rang up the sale, she said "looks like you have a reward for $15 to use today" She however forgot to apply it to the sale and I didn't realize it till I returned home. I replied to an email that they had sent that same day telling the story. Heard nothing. Gave it a few days and then called the store directly and explained what had happened. The person at the store with whom I spoke said that she would talk to the manager and get back to me that same day. That didn't happen and that was about a week ago. Not a great way to treat your customers. I'm not sure I'll go back.
