“I was listened to. I was consulted with, and the furniture's options carefully explained. I was given time to reflect. (I never felt the pressure from a salesperson I have experienced at other stores.)
I worked with 2 different salespersons for a furniture purchase and they made the experience seamless and stress-free. (I'd say stress-less, but that is too obvious a joke...!)

“LOVE MY NEW MATTRESS! The owners have lots of experience and we're able to talk to us about our old waterbed frame (wonky dimensions). They were able to make us a King Mattress to fit our frame, and for a really reasonable price! And got it done so quickly!The mattress is perfect - I'm already sleeping better, and am SO grateful for a local option for a GREAT mattress! Highly recommend!”
“I would highly recommend checking out Dufresne if you are in the market for some new furniture. I have purchased 2 sectionals and a sofa from them so far and my experience has always been good. Great prices, helpful customer service, and it’s a great store to browse a lot of beautiful items. Our first sectional we were able to pickup right away from the warehouse ourselves and this time we opted for the delivery service they offer. Overall one of the best furniture outlets in Saskatoon in my opinion.”

“I dealt with Wayne at the Betts location for Sleep Country. He gave me his full attention, did a thorough experience to try many different mattresses till I could find the right one for me. I also purchased the soy bio pillows, my mattress cover and my sheets. He gave me an amazing deal on everything. Mattress was delivered the date that was chosen and that was a good experience as well. I would highly recommend Wayne as your salesperson. If I need anything in the future I will contact Wayne.”
