Not pleased with the service at all. Had 4 new tires replaced on a friday and was told to bring back after 100km for retorquing. The next day(10km post new tires) my son drove my car on the freeway to work and he called saying something was wrong and didnt want to drive it home. Turns out all the lug nuts on one tire were loose. I called market tire the following Monday and the employee blamed me for not bringing it in by 100km. This happened at 10km, hell, even when I did bring my car in later that week for them to check it was only at 70km. An apology or changing their retorque guidelines to 10 km should have been tbe appropriate response, not accusations and indifference

Had my vehicle towed to the shop because it wouldn't start. They "fixed it" and said it was a loose battery terminal. About 2 hours later I went to start it and it again wouldn't start. I called and asked if they would tow it back to the shop since I already paid for a tow and they didn't fix the problem. They declined and said this is a separate issue and they fixed the first issue. I obviously was not pleased with that answer. After voicing my displeasure he said he would talk to his manager and call me back. I never bothered going back, it was the starter that was the issue, they never checked it apparently. Had my block heater replaced by them not long before that (last year) and I find out it is not working now, which inspired me to write this review, which I never do. I haven't gone back since the starter issue and now I will have to figure out what is wrong with my new block heater. Just in time for the weather, fun times.

Called and was told that tires were installed on a walk in basis and to coke on down. Went to the store and the guy working wanted to see the tires first, I had brand new Haida tires. He said that they won’t install them because they weren’t purchased there. Was extremely rude.Take your business to the market tire on 8th street. They’re much better to deal with. Really kind guys!

I put all season tires on in the spring and I’m came back to buy steel rims and new winter tires to replace my old ones from last year always such great service and and I have been going to Market Tire for years for more than just tires

Extremely professional and I love how they don't try and d*** you around. Several locations have serviced my rusty commercial cutaway without breaking a sweat and never tried to take advantage. Honest and fast! Easy recommendation from me.

Market Tire vehicle nearly rear ended my vintage vehicle on Millar near 51st. I was already going 65 in the 60 zone and he came up flying so incredibly fast. Really smart speeding probably near 80 or over in a 60 zone in a company truck. What a loser.

Most honest guys out there! Took my vehicle to another mechanic for a free oil change and came out with a list a mile long of things that "needed" to be done. Showed it to the guys at Market Tire and had them take a look. Some of the items didn't need to be done at all, while others were no where near as urgent as I was lead to believe by the other guys!
