Been to the photo lab twice in the last month & each time there has been a line up. The first time we waited 40 minutes for passport photo because one customer decided to change her mind several times. There needs to be better service. It’s easy to order online, but pick up is not customer friendly

My girlfriend wasn't too impressed with chocolate being displayed along with the period products. Even I as a man don't feel like this is a good look for the store and younger women especially shouldn't be learning to tolerate this Sexist trope that has long been considered not okay by today's standards. If I had a daughter see this, I'd be speaking to manager. Not cool. I've seen it multiple times at this location. For a store that could be replaced in an instant by literally going to Amazon, what are you doing? Ironically the item we came in for?? 4 dollars less on Amazon.ca lol so bye bye.

I went to this location to purchase a pair of headphones and was handed/sold the wrong pair at first and after going back to get it exchanged, I was then unknowingly sold an open-box unit of the correct headphones by the same employee. I contacted the store manager the next day and she offered to give me a full refund. I am still unsure why the employee decided to sell me a open-box unit when there was a factory sealed one in the back, as shown by another employee during the refund process.
Although going to and from the store was inconvenient, I am leaving a positive review due to how London Drugs handled my complaint. Shout out to Amy Kriston (Store Manager) and Cassidy (TECH Department) for resolving AND improving my experience!

The employees at this location don’t seem very happy. Not sure if it’s mental issues or poor management but I’ll take my business elsewhere. I don’t recommend this store.

I was at London drugs today, where I have shopped since the day this store opened. Today a sales clerk refused to pack my items in a bag that I had handed to her. I am totally disappointed in the sales people of today’s retail outlets that are too lazy to pack few item in a bag for a senior citizen. If your store finds it too much trouble to pack 3 items in a bag for a senior then they don’t warrant my business anymore.

Was going to buy Keurig from there but it was 20$ cheaper at Wal-Mart. They said they price match but had to make sure that Wal-Mart had them in stock. They tried calling lol, I know how that goes, they where hung up on then told there was nothing more they could do.

After a disappointing and unpleasant experience with the Shoppers drug mart pharmacy I went to London Drugs and met Janice B - the most wonderful pharmacist I have ever met - friendly, courteous, sympathetic to my needs and willing to go the extra mile. She took my poor experience from SDM and turned my London Drugs pharmacy experience into a positive and welcoming time. This is what customer service looks like - Janice (If you read this) thank you! from the bottom of my heart! High five good deed of the day to you! I will be moving all my prescriptions from the SDM S!!T show and taking them where I know I will be respected! Woot Woot!

Husband took his iPhone in under Apple Care, the older man behind the desk assured that he would be called if the phone would need to be wiped if the back needed replacing.. my husband was NOT called and updated on any further work that needed to be done on it nor was he asked if would like his phone backed up and was not called when it was even done. We have lost a ton of photos and data on the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE
