We hired let's get moving to help make our transition into a new house easier and it was NOT easier. They were late and changed us for that. They almost took out a power box on our alley and almost hit our car when they left.
They were extremely slow in loading which isn't great when you're paying by the hour. It was so slow and frustrating my husband started hauling dressers and beds alone while these movers took a single twin mattress. We got hit with a bill that was over 900 and they didn't even move half our house. We ended up renting a uhaul and moved the rest ourselves. Waste of money hiring these people.

Only thing they did right was not get lost. Were two hours late, broke my desk and television, ran their truck into my neighbors fence, and took 500.00 worth of food out of my freezer, left it in a cardboard box for 8 hours in 35 plus degree weather and refused to take ANY ownership in their carelessness. DO NOT waste your money on these people, they are completely incompetent and irresponsible.

They were very slow, and they showed up late, the two gentlemen that came were friendly, make sure to put your dog away cause they were extremely afraid of ours. They took their time when moving our belongings. It took them 3 hours to load the truck from our old place. Since it was taking them so long to load the truck we had to help them unload so that it didn't take another 3 hours to unload. Since you folks charge us by the hour I understand taking time, but it was unbearable how slow things were getting done. We will never use this company again I will not recommend them to anyone either. ALSO read the contract they gouged our wall and didn't compensate us at all because they don't claim liability for walls ceilings or floors. The manager had a the employee facetime us to chat about the damage but we were in the middle of moving and didn't have time to discuss. Which ended with nothing getting solved and us having a damaged wall.

Worst moving experience ever. Damaged floors and walls in origin home and wood floors in new home. Lost wheel for smoker. Repaired damage at origin home but nothing at new home and can’t get a response from them.
Arrived for move almost 1 1/2 hours late and then tried to charge us for the time they were late. Not recommended at all.

My original mover cancelled last minute so I had to find someone within two days. This company heard my story, understood my difficult situation, and “fit me in”. Very nice fellows who worked very hard and carefully to move my belongings.

Ife and Damian were extremely helpful, respectful, professional and made my move the easiest. They were punctual, arriving right on scheduled time and cautious of not scarring the walls or damaging anything. They planned my move properly so we were in and out in record time. They also.made sure everything was dropped off at the exact location we requested within the house which made sorting and arranging thereafter a breeze. I'd highly recommend these guys always!
