I recently visited Laurier Drive Pharmacy and had a great experience. The pharmacist was not only incredibly helpful but also very cheerful, making my visit pleasant. I am especially grateful for the assistance with my arthritis inflammation medication; their guidance was awesome. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their super service and support!

Not easy to deal with. Only pharmacy that's ever made me show a status card to receive my coverage, I don't have one because I have only ever needed my treaty number even after going through a name change. Was not happy with Diedres service, caused me to be out 120 as a student just trying to get by. And never even gave me a receipt so that I could submit it myself.Edit: I received a call after posting this review and we did "connect" but unfortunately Deidre just wanted to argue with me about the situation. The simple fact is she mislead me and did not tell me about the policy of "always" needing to see a Status card. She asked me if I had one and I said no. Seems pretty shady to me that she didn't bring up this mandatory requirement before letting me pay for the supplies. If the requirement has always been there and she knew I didn't have a status card she should have told me right then and there that I would not be able to claim the supplies through their pharmacy.I have been to other pharmacies, the Dr, and the dentist and never received any grief over a legal last name change. My therapist even disclosed to me that when she submits my claims under my new name that my old last name is still the one in the system and a claim has never been denied.Regardless if this policy is even allowed or not (which I don't think it should be) Deidre failed to provide truthful customer service which resulted in a major inconvenience for me.
