Phoned in and was able to get my vehicle in same day for tire balancing. Impressed with how quick the service was. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone.

I just had a very negative experience over the phone. I absolutely had to change appointments online twice as a result of last minute work emergencies. This apparently prompted a phone call from the store with the sole and explicit purpose of reaming me out. I’ve bought two set of quite expensive tires from this location and have given them plenty of business over the years. Awesome work guys - you just lost a customer.

Negative experience of communication with an employee of this organization. All suspension parts were replaced in the car (internal and external tie rod, shock absorbers together with springs, control arms but unfortunately they were not able to explain and identify the reason for the different castor angle on the front wheels. The employee (who was the boss) spoke in a raised voice . I do not advise wasting your 166 CAD in an organization that does not respect customers.
And do not trust the unqualified personnel at KAL Tires if they try to convince you that the factory caster is not adjustable. This is especially important if you have replaced the shock absorbers and springs.

Huge shout out to Kal - Tire on Idylwyld. I called last night in a panic as we need this vehicle daily. They were able to get me at 7:30 am to diagnose the problem. Called me at 9:30am with remedies and it's 2:44 pm and I am writing this review with my Jeep in my parking spot. Outstanding you guys…. amazing customer service and understanding. It was a big job I gave them. The price sucks, but that will never change no matter where you go. Very impressed as always.

I phoned Kal Tire on Idylwyld about a flat tire and needed emergency help. They got my vehicle into the shop in a matter of a couple hours. Mo at the front desk explained everything, the quote was right on, they did a wheel alignment and I was back on the road the same afternoon. Highly recommend.

Had a tire change today, was really affordable. Quick and easy.
I heard the staff talking about another vehicle "Well, that's another thing, let's see what we can do for them, I'll call." Why am I putting this? Because you could tell he cared about the customer. That it's not like he wanted "another thing wrong with it" I could hear him trying to find options. Sharing, "I'm going to be upfront" and I like that. I want to go places with honesty and integrity. Will go back!
