Had a new stove delivered today. I appreciated the 30minute heads up call before they arrived. They were courteous and very efficient carrying my heavy old stove out and installing my new one. Thank you Bernie and Toni, great job

A van of this company was parked on my (small & narrow) street blocking 5 driveways, including my own. I asked them if they would be able to back out and park on the street as any parking on our street is not allowed (hence why 5 driveways were blocked as it’s so small). They responded that they did not want to move as they didn’t want to have to walk (a short walk) back to the house that they were at. They instead said they’d be done in about 1 hour and then they would move. I left to go run errands (as I literally could not get into my house) and came back 2 hours later and they were still there. I spoke with them again and asked if they could even pull into an empty driveway so I could get into my own, and they did not move. I called the company and spoke with them and nothing was done. So incredibly unprofessional and rude??? I just wanted to get into my house.

We have used Jays multiple times for moves, both short and long. This last move was a short move within Saskatoon. The 2 guys were excellent and quite careful. They were diligent and careful with our items.

To begin with, I found the office staff friendly and helpful. Someone came to my home to assess my contents and I was given a quote. I had my belongings packed by 3 friendly people and the next day the movers arrived. They were fast and efficient. The lead mover, in particular, was so kind and patient; helping me with my code-locked gate, finding my storage unit. I couldn’t have been more grateful. Despite a couple of small glitches, quickly resolved by Jay’s, the move went very well. I found the cost more than reasonable and I fully intend to use this company again.

To begin with, I found the office staff friendly and helpful. Someone came to my home to assess my contents and I was given a quote. I had my belongings packed by 3 friendly people and the next day the movers arrived. They were fast and efficient. The lead mover, in particular, was so kind and patient; helping me with my code-locked gate, finding my storage unit. I couldn’t have been more grateful. Despite a couple of small glitches, quickly resolved by Jay’s, the move went very well. I found the cost more than reasonable and I fully intend to use this company again.

We can't say enough good about the entire process with Jay's. From Bruce being thorough in his estimating to the delivery of our stuff, the crew on both ends did a fabulous job. Polite, professional people that worked their butts off in frigid temps. Highly recommended. !!

Ordered a dishwasher through Costco, Jay’s Transportation did the delivery. Their online system was easy to use to set up the day and easy to confirm date still worked closer to. The delivery guys Duane and Matt were awesome, very polite, careful moving the item and I didn’t feel rushed looking it over the item and signing. Quick delivery, and professional.
