Please post this forward. Thank you.My wife has been a hair dresser for the last 44 years and all that time she supported/purchased products from International Beauty Supply, IBS Saskatoon. She recently developed some health issues that has forced her to retire sooner than she wished. Leaving her with an over stock of products she purchased from IBS. She contacted IBS to see if she could return them and was told yes, but there is 20% charge, no problem understood. Called again just to confirm, same thing. She delivered the color products to their store and they took pictures of the products so they could match the purchased colors to the invoices they had on file. She had to followed it up with a phone call because they didn't get back her as they had promised. And was told No they will not accept the return because they could not verify what temperature the product was stored at. Really, or is it an easy way out from not paying out a little cash? The cash part doesn't bother us, it is the way it was handled.My wife did business with this company loyalty an average of 12 times per year for the last 44 years.
