I used to deal with another Pharmacy in Saskatoon. After dealing with the other Pharmacy for a number of years, I needed to go somewhere else. My prescriptions were always shorted even though my medications were the same every month, they also changed my medications to a different brand all the time. I get it every once and awhile the Pharmacy needs to change but not all the time.
Well all that stopped after switching Pharmacies. Idylwyld Pharmacy has been great. I get all my medications the first time. There is no more going back 2 or 3 times just to get my shorted medications. The team at Idylwyld Pharmacy have been awesome. You will no be disappointed switching over to this Pharmacy.

I have been using this pharmacy since 2016, and I would never go anywhere else. The staff are amazing - friendly and knowledgeable. They are great at explaining medications to you, and I have even received a call a few days after filling a prescription to see how I am doing. The delivery option is so convenient, and the fact it’s free is even better. I recommend them everyone, and even though I have moved and have pharmacies closer to me, I will continue to support them!

Power tripping pharmacist decided that a prescription I have been on for over 1.5 years and have had the same dose before needs to be "confirmed" with a fax back to the doctor just in case he made a typo. Even though I told the pharmacist doc increased the time I was (not dosage) on the antibiotic because it was not working. NO, had to be on a Friday (of course they closed for the weekend) the last half hour before closing, on a long weekend, already paid for it just to get a call and hear a bunch of BS about my "safety" (for a drug Ive been on for MANY MANY months), and the "I could lose my licence" BS (for dispensing a prescription I have been on for a LONG LONG time???). Too many feeling about and ignoring the facts about, reminds me of Shoppers drug mart and the ridiculous yahoos that call you 3+ times to pick up your prescription but its never ready, yeah because you can not get a prescription correctly filled but keeping sending text messages about how it is ready for pick up. Rest of the staff is pretty great, however this 1 specific pharmacist ruins the whole experience wasting your time, sending faxes to confirm (because the doc had it wrong?) and of course at the last minute when you are down to your last few pills and BSing you about how much she cares for your safety (now you care? after MANY MANY prescription renewals of the same prescription??). Brutal garbage and I am never going back again, the waste of time and effort and the headache for just ONE prescription have I have been on for MANY MANY months all of a sudden is a problem. But i'm the one who gets to puss all over my pillow every day due to the skin infection I can't even get meds that I have been on for 1.5? years now. Crazy BS, all becauie 1 person "felt" something and ignored facts and professionalism.
