I went to this location a few times in the past regarding the same issue and they would not budge on exchanging the chain for my silver sparkle ball necklace. I went there a few times to tell them that it keeps tarnishing. Every time that I went there they just offered to clean it despite the fact I told them it should be exchanged since it keeps happening and that warranty should cover that. Well since the last time I went there my chain has tarnished AGAIN. One of them told me that if I don’t wear it enough or if it’s not in a vacuum sealed container that it would tarnish. I have had a necklace from Walmart for 5 years that hangs on my jewelry holder when I don’t wear it and it still looks great. Hillberg & Berk Jewellery is on the more expensive side so their jewellery shouldn’t be tarnishing so easily. I’m concerned about the 2 other necklaces I bought from here because they’re probably not in good shape but I just don’t notice it as much because they are gold and rose gold. I had one good experience with a woman there when I brought in my necklaces to get cleaned a year or so ago and she just exchanged my rose gold chain because she couldn’t get it as clean as she wanted to. I haven’t seen her there since. Now when I go there, the women have poor attitudes and they won’t exchange my silver chain.

Complete snotty woman working at this store!!!my daughter and husband went in to purchase two sets of earrings as gifts ,they have a promotion if you spend $100.00 you get a free set of leopard earrings. Well first off these woman were so arrogant to my 12 year old daughter, whom asked where a certain color was ,the one lady replied (well you obviously just passed them )Really!!! She would not have asked if she knew where they were !!!!second they flat out told my daughter she wouldn't get the bonus pair as it's only if they have them ,ok well it states that they do !!!!Never ever will we be returning to such a snotty store, infact we don't usually purchase costume jewelry!!!

I went in to the store this morning to purchase a present for a friend. The lady who very reluctantly helped me, avoided eye contact for as long as she could, then finally came to ask me how she can help. I don't know if its her personality or she just didn't like my skin colour but I would never go there again. I paid for my product and she slammed the bag on the reception and said THANKS.

Everytime I go here, the staff is quick! Super friendly and always greet you. Store is beautiful and bright. You tell them which pair of sparkle balls you want, and don’t even have time to blink before they have it ready to go for you!
