Horrible customer service. I walked into this tiny store with two other customer already inside. There was two workers present, not only did they not help or offer any greetings to me. The worker decided to move from behind counter to stand in the corner of the store and watch me . It was only after I headed for the exit I was asked I needed help,

I had issue with my bracelet. Alex and Tamara were fantastic in fixing problem and were a delight to deal with. I only wish more salespeople could be as stupendous as they were. Tk you girls.

Beautiful jewelry, but not great quality. We have had numerous earrings and had to use the warranty on all of them. Ball falls off and gems come out. 1 year warranty does not roll over to the replaced items.
