I went there to wash my car and started brushing my car and he told me to stop. Something to do with the light on the wall. He then switches it to wash. I seen others brushing their car. I noticed when I tried to rinse my car, it took forever for the soap to come clear and by that time I used a whole toonie, that was wasted. I usually spend 10 dollars but it almost took 20 to wash my car. Then when I got home. There was residue still on my car. Never going back.

The owner yelled at me and ripped the foam brush out of my hands because in his opinion, I wasn't washing my vehicle correctly. Won't be going here again.

The only positive thing about this place is that it is close by. Before even entering the bay i saw a sign that said "no mud vehicles". That immediately gives the impression of lazy owners who dont want to clean their bays. $2 gets you 112 seconds according to the sign but it takes half that time for soap to get to the nozzle. Lighting is horrible. I went to the office to exchange 1 loonies for a toonie and the owner was quite rude to me smacking the counter to demand I place the loonies on the counter. Didn't say a word. First and last time customer.

I grew up near by coming here with my dad and now I am a regular. I have witnessed the owner having confrontations with other patrons, I've never had an issue until today. He kicked me out for taking too long! I paid attention to make sure there were always two bays open and there was never a line while I was there. I was there for 45 minutes washing the outside and inside of my car, floor mats, vacuuming, the whole thing. PAYING FOR THE SERVICES, not on my phone or killing time. If he wants pay per minute type service, then do that, they exist. I cannot believe how rude he is and I'm sad to read other reviews. He will run this long standing car wash into the ground.

The owner is extremely rude and hostile. You do not treat customers this way. I am surprised he is running a business. Really weird as I rarely come across owners in car washes who connect with you let alone harass you.

The owner is very rude with customers. I saw him today start shouting at a lady just because taking a bit longer time washing her truck. Good customer service is very important to any business if they want to succeed. I will not recommend it to anyone!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went to wash my truck, wasn’t even 50% done and was sitting in the front seat cleaning out the inside and the owner told me to get out if I was done. I told him I wasn’t done and he proceeded to yell at me and telling me to leave. He then tried slamming my truck door on my leg when I was trying to explain I’m not done yet. I then left and was backing out and he stood in front of my truck throwing his hands up continuously yelling for no absolutely no reason. A terrible experience and I will never be back. I am a paying customer and forcing me to leave for no reason is unacceptable.
DONT GO HERE!!!!!
