Robert is absolutely amazing. Went in looking for a diamond cross necklace, his help was above and beyond. After I gave gift to my wife she wanted a longer chain with hearts on fire necklace. He took care of my wife ordered a new one contacted us the next week. No additional charge. In this day and age of lacklustre service, this certainly Not the case with GMG and Robert.Thanks Robert and team.

Exceptional customer service, selection and assistance. Sales consultant, Alex, would keep in close contact with me regarding updates on orders and notify me right away when items arrived. Kind and caring staff who take the time to ensure the experience exceeds expectations. Alex is amazing!

We loved our experience with GMG. The service and the staff are top notch. Our representative Sandy was great to work with. She was very patient with our indecisiveness, but also did a great job of keeping track of what we liked and don’t liked. We will definitely continue to give GMG our business for future purchases.

Jamie helped me pick out a beautiful ring for my girlfriend. She was super knowledgeable, and helped me find a ring that was exactly what I wanted despite me having zero clue what I wanted that was within ny price range. Highly recommended

Always such a pleasure to shop with Robert. He is always so patient, willing to help and is so knowledgeable. Even when you go in just to get your rings cleaned or checked, the staff are always as helpful as if you were buying something every time. As a customer, that’s such a nice feeling. Today, we happened to buy something, and like always, it was a great experience.

I’ve worked with GMG for over three decades to make jewelry I could not find and also in 2016 extensively repaired my mother’s rings after she passed so I could gift them to family members. Just last summer I had them create a beautiful piece out of one of my mom’s rings for myself. This Dec 15, 2023 I entered the store with a friend of mine. I walked to the counter as I needed a piece made, some claws repaired on my grandmothers ring and was hoping to purchase a pinkie and thumb band for myself.I was not greeted nor acknowledged… at all. Not even once as I stood at the counter for ten minutes. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. I finally simply turned around and left.As we walked to the car my friend said she’d been greeted. She told the sales person she was only waiting for me. The gal offered to clean her rings, my friend declined the offer, yet the sales person who spoke with my friend did not come over to serve me or even acknowledge my presence.My friend also said what she observed while I was patiently and quietly standing at the till was a sense of the employees waiting for someone else to serve me. She felt tension. I was only aware of the fact I was completely ignored.I was an amazing customer to this store for decades. As I sat in the car, tears fell, I honestly couldn’t believe it.GMG you need to do better, for you never know who is standing quietly and patiently waiting to be simply acknowledged is doing so on the anniversary of her mom’s death.

From the very first time we walked into GMG jewellers, we were blown away by the staff and the selection of rings they had in store. We had gone to other jewelry stores and kept seeing the same things over and over again. Robert made us feel so comfortable and was so patient with us as we navigated the large selection of engagement rings. Even though they did not have the one I wanted in stock, he colored every single ring I tried on so that we would have an idea of what we wanted. When it came time to get a wedding band we had a difficult time finding one to fit my engagement ring, Robert suggested that we do a custom wedding band and although we were hesitant the process was so smooth. Robert kept in touch with us every step of the way and we could not be more thrilled with the finished product! It was hard to know who was more excited, Robert or us! Have loved every minute of the process and would recommend GMG jewellers to everyone! Definitely an amazing experience. Will definitely be back for more!

I had to replace a ring that was stolen from me, it was my grandmother's so I had quite a sentimental connection to it. The customer service I received from Raeghan was unbelievable. She was so helpful in providing the quote on the replacement and working with me to make sure the ring was what I wanted and was right for me. She helped me through a difficult process and I greatly appreciated it. I will recommend Raeghan and GMG to anyone I can.

Had the most amazing experiences with GMG over the last couple years. Purchased my engagement ring, both wedding bands, and anniversary band through GMG. Robert was so amazing and was able to help us find exactly what we both wanted. I tell all friends and family that this is the place to go and not to bother with anywhere else! SO many options you will for sure find what you are looking for!

Our experience at GMG was excellent. We were there to look for wedding bands, they had an overwhelming selection to choose from but Jaimie helped us choose rings that were everything that we were looking for! We were able to customize our wedding bands so they included all of the characteristics we loved!! Everyone there made us feel very welcomed and they made sure our day there was special! Absolutely thrilled to bits with what GMG Jewellers did to my husbands 26yr old wedding band. It was thin, lost its engraving to match my wedding band and needed major tlc. They got it to look exactly like mine on the day we got married many moons ago. So so happy!!!!! Thx GMG I’ve used you guys for years and love everything you do for us, and this just topped it, made myself and husband so unbelievably happy!!! ☺️ Thx

The lovely thing about walking into GMG is you feel like the staff actually want to help you out, they're not there just make a buck off of you. Although all the staff were friendly and willing to help us out, we seriously lucked out getting served by Raeghan. She is so sweet, professional, personal, attentive, and so knowledgeable about her line of work. She helped us custom design my dream engagement ring and wedding band, it was quite the experience! So fun in fact, we would do it all over again! Our ring story is quite unique as we hand picked the gem stones for my wedding band at a gem show in AZ, and all the staff were just as excited as we were to see the final product! Raeghan continues to serve us after our big day to help us with a few other pieces and is always happy to see us. If you're uncomfortable jewellery shopping or would like some help with a custom jewelry design, highly recommend GMG jewelers!

I had the worst customer service experience at GMG jewellers in Saskatoon. There wasn't a single customer in the building other than myself, the sales people offered a unenthused hello as I entered building, once I stated I wanted to sell my old wedding rings I was met with indifference and 'show me what you got'. Instantly taken aback I dig through my purse for the old box ive had for almost 10+ years. I set the rings on the black little mat, clearly my humble offerings are of no interest because the sales associate Darcy flicks at them with visible annoyance. He then proceeds to nonchalantly weigh them out 2-3 times, doesn't have the decency to look me in the eye let alone over his shoulder, he speaks to the wall telling me the value. I don't hear correctly and I ask him to repeat it, my three rings are worth 148.00, and asks me 'so what do you want to do?' Couldn't be bother to explain that the diamonds in the rings aren't factored in or explain the process at all, this being my first time selling jewelry and now my last. That's well an fine it's not about the money. The rings meant something to me for many years and I was finally in a place to part with them, now I wish I had just let them sit in the box for another 10. There was one young sales woman with glasses, unfortunately her name was the only name I didn't catch. She had the respect to turn around with the paper work and fill it out in front of me, did make eye contact and was kind with her tone when speaking to me. I then inquired about two old gems my Gran had left me, she told me they were chocolate diamonds she had never gotten around to making into earrings. I ask Darcy if they also bought/sold them. He looked at them and with a mild eye roll informed me they were brown quartz... As if I a non jeweller should have clearly known that. Incredible, the disregard, disrespect and lack of general customer service or empathy blew me away. The other coworker came to interrupt, asked if he was busy and instead of engaging the client and politely telling his coworker he was with a client, they proceed to have a conversation about punch cards until another employee ended a phone call and calls her away. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 15 years and this is some of the worst service I've ever had. I'm sure if I had been BUYING a ring instead of parting with a one, I would have been given 5 star service.

Jaimie was absolutely amazing and so easy to work with! She was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out our perfect wedding bands, that also happened to complement each other beautifully. I highly recommend them! They made us feel so welcome, which was quite the difference from any other place we looked into. 10/10 would definitely shop here again!
