Terrible work environment!! I as a plus sized girl feel absolutely mortified to shop here anymore. I overheard a few workers fat shaming another worker no bigger than me and I fit their clothing. This is such disgusting behaviour!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I will never support this location ever again. I hope this poor girl finds a job that will actually treat her with the respect she deserves.

Love the clothes and all! but not the staff in the front desk today. It's a lil disappointing how grumpy and uninterested she looked the whole time. It just ruins the excitement before and after I got my clothes :(

This is a review for my online shopping experience with Garage. I encourage shoppers to choose elsewhere for their online shopping. I have been trying to place an order for my daughter's birthday for over 6 hours. Their ApplePay is not working, nor is their PayPal. The customer reps unfortunately are no help with the issue. In the meantime I have over $3000 of pre-authorizations on my credit cards via PayPal due to the orders partially going through but never completing (those auths will fall off but in the meantime they tie up space on my cards). I also lost the use of the Garage gift card I was using to pay for part of the order, as the online system used up the gift card and set its balance to $0 even though an order has not successfully completed. The customer service rep did say they were putting in a request to get my balance back for that, but that is a several day wait and in the meantime, several items she wanted were low stock and may not be available once we have the money back on the gift card. I realize I could save the order for a future purchase, but at this point, I have no desire to shop here again.

We were looking for grade 8 grad dresses and drew/dru??? helped us as my daughter was trying on different sizes. She has EXCEPTIONAL customer service, very cheerful & helpful! And I don't say that lightly, I have worked in retail for years, and she seemed to really enjoy her job! ☆☆☆☆☆ for her.
