The stuff was pretty good but the lady working there was terrible. I went with my kids and my daughter who is 4 was checking the clothes and moving around the store, a staff member came to us and said dnt let ur kids out of your sight bcoz WE ARE NOT BABY SITTERS HERE....i mean who say that with customers, she can convey the message politely instead of talking to us rudly....we all have kids at some stage of life and we cannot chain them with us, but i felt really bad with the way she spoke with us there.

I was at Gap factory Preston shopping with my kids today for almost 2 hrs and spent a significant amount but when I asked to use the restroom to pee, I was told to go across the road to Cabelos in the freezing weather of -24c with snowstorm.I find this the most ridiculous customer experience ever. Very unlikely to buy anything there again and warn will my friends and family accordingly.

On the positive side, I must commend the store's selection of clothing. They had a decent variety of styles and sizes, catering to different tastes and body types. I was able to find a few items that caught my eye and fit well, which was a definite plus. The store also had a neat and organized layout, making it easy to browse through the racks and locate the sections I was interested in.However, there were a couple of areas where I felt the store fell short. Firstly, I found the prices to be slightly higher than what I would consider reasonable. While I understand that quality comes at a cost, I couldn't help but feel that some of the items were overpriced for their value.
