The ladies that were working went above and beyond. Our kids were running around grabbing items that they thought they would like along with my husband and I both shopping and they were so calm, kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
Everything is decently priced and good quality. We will definitely stop and shop again!

Was in to do some Xmas shopping. Happy with all the items I bought. But wow let’s talk about the customer service. It’s disgusting and awkward. Not once did an employee say hi or offer to help, I think the owner / manager was even apart of the group. I was ready to pay standing infront of the till and the workers proceeded to tell me I looked lost. I just wanted to pay for my items but no one at the till greeted me ?… then the worker proceeds to tell me that the workers don’t really talk after I had told her I was unsure which till to go to because no one said anything. Do better!! A successful business should come with successful customer service.Maybe invest in customer service skill classes since an employee did say they don’t talk much ? Just a thought.

We recently purchased a woman's snowmobile Team jacket that was ordered in for me from Winnipeg, and a men's helmet/goggles purchased at the store. Brenda was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and kind! Excellent customer service and great prices! We will be back!

They have great selection of clothing. Also, very convenient location at Preston. Some items are severely overpriced though. I bought 1 FXR jacket.

Just bought an fxr onesie. Ordered it in store from another location. Their shipping department called me to get postal code right. Suit arrived 5 days sooner than expected, in part due to shipping department making sure everything was correct. Store staff excellent with answers and options for me. Very nice to see.
