5 star review, especially due to Michael Howse at the Genesis location. Michael approached me as I was checking out vehicles in the lot after hours on a Saturday. Immediately, I had a good feeling about him, he was not pushy, and was actually very nice. He provided me his card and let me know if I was interested I could contact him on Monday.
On Monday I had found a had texted him a couple vehicles I was interested in. One happened to be pretty much sold before I had arranged to go see it, and he let me know that immediately which was so appreciated. This consideration for my time continued throughout my experience with Michael. I have a 1 year old so my time was limited and sometimes had to bring my little one with me.
Michael never showed me anything else that was out of my price range. He was quick to answer all of my questions I texted him at different hours of the day about different vehicles, the extra costs when purchasing etc.
I had went to other dealerships and had awful experiences with the dealers only talking to my husband when I'm the one purchasing the vehicle, wasting my time with trying to show me vehicles I was not interested in.
My experience with Michael was positive throughout the entire time which is why I returned to work with him and increased my budget slightly to get a vehicle that I wanted! Once I purchased my 2023 hyundai palisade, Michael continued to be great with walking me through everything, giving my son a hot wheels car, as well as me and my husband a gift.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience! When I am in the market again to purchase a vehicle I will be returning to work with Michael!
I highly recommend anyone to Michael Howse.

Great staff to work with. Everyone I talked to at the dealership were super kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny. Very relaxed atmosphere with zero stress and zero shoving towards decisions. You're in the driver seat when you go to Ffun and they make it happen for you. They helped me out with a dealer plate for a weekend and gave me a car to get my plates done while the car was getting detailed. I'd absolutely recommend these fine people to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

I had a great experience with these 2 guys. Very kind very helpful and very patient with me as i wasnt in the best mood both times that i came to the dealership. The first one never worked out but the second one did. I am thankful for their kindness and patience. I do recommend this dealership Ffun Cars, the awesome salesman JD and the financing man known as the nerd Serge.

Me and my brother brought 2016 Jeep compass from these guys last week and the next day in the morning we tried to turn the blower at heating and it wasn't working. There was just cold air coming out of the vents. I tried to talk to the sales associate to check the car as it wasn't even 24 hours since we brought the car and these kinda issues stared to appear. She said I need to talk to the finance manager about that so I called him. He said that he talked to the sales associate and she'll give us a call back but nobody ever called us.
They claim that they do 120 point inspection on all the used vehicles yet this issue came up and nobody was willing to help us with that. I tried calling multiple times for the next 3 days since the purchase of the car and they kept on blaming one another and at the end the finance manager said I need to talk to the GM.
I left message at the front desk multiple times so that the GM could give me a call back and I could get a proper solution for the problem.
We liked the car but with this kind of customer service and ignorance, we would never recommend anyone to buy any used vehicle from these guys. I was just checking up previous reviews and found that they only focus on selling the car rather than maintaining proper relationship with the customer.
