Once again, my package arrives at FedEx, only to never go out for delivery. Vendor has escalated, but surprise, nothing from FedEx. I think at this point anything that ships with FedEx is not worth buying.

Consistently charged for duty and "handling fee" several weeks after packages are delivered. If you have the choice, don't ship with FedEx. The receiving end of your parcels will thank you.

I was expecting my parcel on Tuesday, but nothing is delivered till Thursday and I have no clue what is going on, when will they deliver. I am just waiting for an update. The tracking is of no use, same status from last 3 days. I am literally frustrated with this. FedEx is an absolute garbage service. I hate it.

Was expecting a delivery from FedEx. Tracking showed that my delivery was delayed once it got into the city. It never updated and there was no attempt to actually deliver the parcel. They ended up sending it back without bothering to even try to deliver my item even once.

You try to call them and have to go through 20 questions with a machine just to get through to anyone. Nobody wants to deal with that.Also, this is the only delivery company that takes your package half way access town if they can’t leave it at your door. Inconvenient to say the least. I hate getting notifications that parcels have been sent through them.

Please update the receiver of the package when there is a change or new tracking number. It's hard to find the "delivered" package when it has no address where it was delivered to when it wasn't delivered to the original ship to address. Thanks

Barely show up. They drop packages off in another town. And expect that store to contact us. More than once. Waiting right now for a delivery that hit saskatoon on the 10th. Was to be delivered then but still waiting. Hate fedex. Purolator is the way to go.
