I ordered hot heads tape in extensions, paid $1000 ! ... they were supposed to be balyage but my hairdresser said they were just regular highlighted ones. Also, once installed within a few days the tapes were coming apart.I called the company, they said that there was no mistake in the technique of the hair.They only offered to give me extra tapes to retape the hair.I still had to pay once again for reinstallation which was $90 ...Again, the tapes were no good, and the hair quality was not quality. Hair was taken out after 2 weeks , thrown out.Definitely not worth $1000.I do not recommend.

Fantastic staff and products at this location. I recieved help from Brandin and Cass who were very knowledgeable and got me the product I needed and a few more options for the future. Great stuff!

I haven’t personally been in the warehouse, my daughters bf works there and he’s given me products that couldn’t be sold and they are awesome. Hair feels amazing with the few I’ve tried. Just like when you leave a salon hair feels amazing. They sell to a whole bunch of salons all over Canada I believe.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Some of them know my daughter personally and know what she usually orders so they are hugely helpful if I pick it up for her and she misses something she needs as we are not from Saskatoon!
