I took my volume lash course as well as my ideal client master class at enhanced beauty and i have no regrets about it! Jess was very thorough in what she was teaching and still never fails to answer questions that i still come across! I’ve gained so much knowledge on the business aspects and how to grow, that ive been able to quit my one job to focus more on my business. I would absolutely recommend Jess to anyone looking to get started or expand in this industry!

Jess keeps lots on hand so it’s easy for me to shop, I love the hours provided. I recommend anyone that needs beauty supplies for lashes or nails or facials to shop there! Lots of parking too quick in and out

A one stop place for most of your needs?? amazing and friendly staff… Jess helped me to find the perfect products according to my needs. She is very knowledgeable and told me about the courses they offer aswell that I didn’t had any idea about. Ok, this is a long one so buckle up!My overall experience with Jess at Enhanced beauty supply wasn’t in the least bit good. I had prepaid for a course and she had to cancel because she was out of town and her flight got cancelled. Totally fair. Out of our control.After telling me she needed a day to look at her schedule and figure out a new date that would work, she didn’t get back to me for over two weeks. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I reached out by email asking for a refund and waited 3 more days. After still no reply, I messaged her on IG and she replied right away saying she wrote me a message but forgot to hit “send”. (I wasn’t born yesterday ?). She told me that they “don’t give refunds on courses unfortunately” even tho, I had not received anything I had paid for at this point. So I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and take the course from her. (Side note: her course is over $300 more than others offered in this same city).The lash lift and tint course was an overall bust! There were sections of material in my booklet that were not covered, and I left feeling a distinct lack of confidence to say the least. She was on her phone during the course and all over the place. Not to mention, she is very adhd and I found it hard to learn from her in the first place. At one point she asked me if it was ok that she ordered food to eat while doing the course. I of course said yeah, because I didn’t know what to say to that. (Why wouldn’t she have done that while we had a “lunch break”?).After taking my kit home and ready to practice on a friend, I opened a product to find it severely moldy. I looked through the rest of the patches in the kit and a lot of them were moldy. I messaged her right away and she advised me to exchange them at her store and the girl working would be notified that I was coming to do this. I live out of town and drove to the city specifically for this. After making the exchange for a different brand and getting home, I realized that 11 out of the 19 patches were again moldy. First of all, who sells packages of 19? Shouldn’t it be 20? Seems fishy off the hop. I messaged her again about this and she first told me they shouldn’t be moldy because she got her worker to look thru them, and then she questioned my ability to determine if it was in fact mold. I have great attention to detail and know when something is moldy! Sheesh! She ended up finally apologizing and said she would deliver more in exchange for these. This was the last straw and that is when I sent her my true sentiments to the entire experience I had.I no longer would trust the products from this store, nor would I ever suggest anyone take a course from this woman. I am not writing this out of spite, because I honestly think everyone deserves a little grace, but her inability to take ownership and accountability is very unprofessional, which she displayed on a consistent basis (and through every single message and interaction). This is something that’s extremely important when running a business. So I am writing this as a precaution for anyone thinking about taking the lash lift and tint course (as I can’t speak to any of the other courses that she offers). I truly feel scammed for the amount I spent vs. what I received. Save your money (and your sanity) and spend your money elsewhere!
