“I've always dealt with Paul for my Audio and TV's. He's been absolutely brilliant, and I've spent $1000's just because of him alone. In fact, he's come out to my home twice to put up 85" TV's and he know his stuff. Just recently, I was recommended by my brother in law to speak to Kurt, as I really needed a Remote Starter for my F85 X5M. Kurt recommended Eurostart and upon my own research, they are the only company that specifically design their products for BMW and Mini. The price was very competitive and I gave him the go ahead. A few days later, I contacted Kurt as I wanted to update my 2015 infotainment system as it was getting dated and I really wanted Apple Car Play and Android Auto. I asked if I sourced my own unit, could that do the install at the same time as the RS. He said "absolutely". Well, I now have a Remote Starter that I can start my vehicle from anywhere in the world with my phone app, plus, I have a new infotainment system that's better than most 2024/2025 model vehicles. To say I'm happy is an understatement. Visions continue to not only offer the most competitive prices, they also employ the very best staff, who deserve a big bonus or a raise in payment. Paul and Kurt, you are the best and I will continue to recommend you to friends and family.”

“Pretty decent 711. The night guy never makes food though and is quite nosey and follows you around assuming everyone is going to steal. He also isn’t allowed to have scratch tickets out while he works because a bunch got stolen during one of his shifts lol. It’s a decent 7-Eleven but there’s a better ones in town.”

“When I walked I was welcomed I believe by a manager which I dont remember meeting before. I went to the coffee as I love flavored coffees. The machine was out of order sadly. This friendly manger made sure to help me with french vanilla creamer so I could make a real coffee ( not what I prefer but he was so eager to please me I went with it. ) Then I wanted the na hos and chili and cheese ( these are often emoty please refill more often. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you for making my day better.”

“Bought a $10 Nintendo gift card. The card had an error stating it wasn't activated. Went back to request assistance and was told to talk with Nintendo about it.I previously bought a $50 card, which worked immediately after and has an entire section of the receipt that clearly states the activation status of the card.The receipt for the $10 card lacks one, and the cashier refused to look at the receipt or provide assistance.Visited after the manager got in the morning afterward, and they were able to confirm the issue and provided a satisfactory solution!”
“I upgraded my phone from iPhone 14 plus to Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and when I got the phone everything was supposedly transferred to my new phone until I got home and found out my messages only went back 1 month. I had my cell phone number for 10 years so was worried they would be lost forever so I went back to the store to see what they could do to help. At first the employees were not very understanding nor willing to help but I suggested that if they still had the iPhone in store, we could try to back it up and transfer again. I was then helped by Jonathan (unsure of spelling) and he was wonderful and helpful. I did have to come back to the store 3 times in 3 days because I had so many messages and the process took a long time. I was very happy to find that there actually was a possibility to get all my SMS back and onto my new phone.
I am very happy with my new phone and happy it didn't turn into resentment if my messages were not available anymore. Again, shoutout to Jonathan at the Preston crossing store for how helpful and understanding he was and actually took my concern seriously. Thank you!!!!”
