I took my car in to have a noise diagnosed while travelling around 90 km/h. I had it there all day and they charged me $96.46 by the end just to tell me what I already knew. I took it in the next day, had it there all day only to be told they couldn't figure out what the problem was. They then charged me another $385.84.

Came in with our big yellow cubevan 1 hour before closing. We had some issues while driving across Canada. They fit us in at 8am the next day and did excellent service. We were on the road again at 4pm of the same day with a smoothly running truck and not completely broke! They even made a small list of other things on the truck that could use some attention in the future.

Dishonest and unprofessional.Charged me 14 hours labor (and 3 weeks without my car) to change an engine wiring harness. The problem still persisted; radiator fan wasn’t Turing on.Took it to another mechanic for second opinion. They found a burnt fuse and a bad rad fan assembly. Repaired it for $650.Owner of diversified wouldn’t meet me halfway on the original bill and quoted me full price for them to complete the rad fan replacement.Diversified cost me well over $3000 on a car worth $4k max.

I've been taking my vehicle(s) here for 15+ years. I've had a lot of work done here and everything is always explained to me in a way I can actually understand! If I've ever had issues with anything they are quick to resolve the problem. A few weeks back I had a wheel bearing changed but I kept hearing a noise. Frustrated, I went back and they quickly told me that part was under warranty and I was back on the road in no time. Really appreciate the service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Poor management here. The guy running this shop is no good and very unprofessional. Stay far far away unless you want your time wasted. They also seem to discriminate against females here judging by previous reviews.

Have to say I feel very taken advantage of and was not even going to post anything and then I thought I need others to know to get a quote in writing. Took my 64 olds in to get the gas gauge fixed. First time charged me $147.75, worked for about a day or two. Took in back they called me and said they would need to run new wiring. Charged me $510.06....worked about 3 days, I was frustrated called back spoke to Dave and he said to bring in back and they would "MAKE IT RIGHT" so I did, they had it for a few days as they would work on it when they could. Re checked previous work, sent the gauge out for rebuild and said it was 100%....charged me another $644.08 !!!! I did call back and tell Jeanette that I felt very taken advantage. I guess live and learn. I do know that even though it still is not working 100% I won't waste my time going back and having to pay anymore....maybe if I wasn't a female things might have been different!Service: Auto engine diagnostic
