One star and sincere apologies goes to those who work here. The staff really do the best they can. 2nd star, the selection of fun and cool things to buy is awesome!!! AND that’s why I decided to wait an hour for my purchase.. I made that choice, frustratingly. I come to this city for the weekend once a year to see my family. I was in this store from beginning to end for over an hour. Half my family wandered off while to told the other half to just go. I was definitely becoming agitated as I stood by and watched those who were before me patiently wait as the clerks manually measure and input single items in the system, and it took a very long time. I’ve been avidly going to culture craze’s all around my travels in Canada since I was 15, Calgary two weeks ago for lip rings. I’m 32 now if that matters.. and I’ve never seen such a painful and disorganized system. And although the wait was long, I felt for the staff keeping me calm and standing by their place of employment. Thank you, I apologized for my impatience and kept myself as polite as I could. Owners.. please update your system for a quick and orderly experience for both your paying guest, but mostly your staff. Based on my consistent, fun, and quick experiences with other Culture Craze’s, I knew it wasn’t their fault. I will never return and advise my friends and family of my experience. Thank you.

Best jewellery shop ever! Every time I go there I’m thrilled with the customer service. Not only is the jewellery so cute and so reliable, but the staff is super helpful! Will never shop at another place for my piercing jewellery:)

I love this business so much! So friendly and very accommodating and knowledgeable. I think I spend half the time just chatting with them then actually selecting my jewelry! Would recommend them to anybody! I've probably spend over $600 there now and every visit has been nothing short of fantastic!

Love the staff!! So friendly, insightful and kind. Good to see such an inclusive space in Saskatoon.It was our first time in the store yesterday - had to rush off to help a family member post dental visit - but we will Definitely be back to explore the store more!

The greatest store to come to the city for piercing pieces of any size/type. The staff is insanely friendly and listens to exactly what you're after. If they don't have the stock, they will let you know when it comes in. I entered the store happy, left happy with the gauges I was after. And the prices are completely fair for what you buy.

Staff was great, but I just wish they would display the prices for everything. Came in wanting some nose hoops, walked out with two and it cost me $88. I didn’t ask for the price because I’ve never had to pay that much for only two hoops, so I do acknowledge that’s on me. But I just wish they would’ve had the prices out. Never shopping here again.

Great customer service but prices are crazy and need to be changed $40 for a nose piercing when I could get a better one for $15. Won't be back due to that.

Would never shop here again, bought a belly ring and less than 24hr later the bottom piece had fallen out and been lost. This was an item the worker had put together for me, which maybe she didn’t tighten the bottom enough, but I had only unscrewed the top and put it in that way. So the bottom piece falling out was due to the worker putting it together. I was not informed on their “warranty” when purchasing, so i didn’t leave a phone number. I was refused a replacement for the missing piece, and was asked to pay for a new one. Well the price of buying this tiny piece was half the cost I originally spent on the whole jewelry piece. I find it unacceptable of wearing an item less than 24hr and it’s already falling out, and is un replaceable. I have never had this issue with any belly ring purchased whether it was Ardenes, Clair’s, Peoples, etc. The way I was treated when coming in with my complaint of the cheap jewelry, was enough to make me never want to shop again. Overall bad experience

My wife came by today because the bottom part of her piercing fell off with less than 24 hrs of being put on by one of the workers.The staff working had no costumer service skills and told my wife to buy a brand new piece for it with no replacement given. For someone that has been working in retail/costumer service that’s not how things should be handled.

Super friendly & knowledgeable staff! Manager has been there 13+ years know her stuff and loves helping her customers find what they need. I enjoy checking out the new selections of body jewelry and fun novelty gifts and pretty shiny things xx This store is fun & unique and you are guaranteed to find a lil something for everyone. From fun socks, to cute unisex clothes , gorgeous hats that can be paired with any look. There are so many local artists and my fave is the NIMS collection which is handmade/crafted pretty stones, gems, earrings, necklaces & bracelets. Be sure to go check them out!! If you're a Golden girls, Willie Nelson,Blondie or Tupac fan there is something for youuu! :) Great assortment of tees and accessories to spice up any outfit xx Highly recommended!!
