After a difficult experience with Shaw years ago, I'm thoroughly impressed with the improvements with the customer service, the consultative approach, and overall improvement of their technology. Happy to say that we will be ending our contract early with SaskTel after numerous difficult experiences with poor technology, and have already signed up for Rogers/Shaw's TV and Internet. After only a few days, I have seen tremendous improvements with the technology and overall experience. Faster internet, better quality TV, and all for a better monthly price. “I upgraded my phone from iPhone 14 plus to Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and when I got the phone everything was supposedly transferred to my new phone until I got home and found out my messages only went back 1 month. I had my cell phone number for 10 years so was worried they would be lost forever so I went back to the store to see what they could do to help. At first the employees were not very understanding nor willing to help but I suggested that if they still had the iPhone in store, we could try to back it up and transfer again. I was then helped by Jonathan (unsure of spelling) and he was wonderful and helpful. I did have to come back to the store 3 times in 3 days because I had so many messages and the process took a long time. I was very happy to find that there actually was a possibility to get all my SMS back and onto my new phone.
I am very happy with my new phone and happy it didn't turn into resentment if my messages were not available anymore. Again, shoutout to Jonathan at the Preston crossing store for how helpful and understanding he was and actually took my concern seriously. Thank you!!!!”
