Don't work with Clark D. He will not give you the time of day if he doesn't like your budget and ignore your emails for days on end by which time all the homes you selected are sold. Then he'll take you to a smoke-stained home and act like it's the best home he's ever seen and we should take the deal. He does not care at all. Classist and rude.
Despite what Coldwell says: I was absolutely a client of theirs. I was working with my partner to purchase a home. They addressed me by name despite "not being a client." That made me a client whether they want to admit that or not. Sorry that I'm not one of the 5 star reviews you prefer to get (although many of them seem to simply be from your own workers which isn't how the review system works but okay!!).

I have continued to be contacted through different numbers for over a year now. They are looking for someone named Jeethu and I have continued to tell them it is not me, I don't own a house nor have an ability to buy a house. I repeatedly ask to stop being contacted and they just contact me on another number so I can't block them.

PISS POOR AT BEST,DEALT WITH KENDRA RODYCH , VERY LITTLE EXPERIENCE ( 8 MONTHS IN THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS) , NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE REAL ESTATE MARKET ,BAD ADVICE, KEEPS YOU IN THE DARK WITH THE WHOLE SALES PROCESS, FELT LIKE WE WERE BOTHERING HER MOST TIMES, DOES NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO HER CLIENTS, MONEY HUNGRY $$ -BORN WITH A SILVER SPOON IN HER MOUTH-STAY CLEAR OF COLDWELL AND KENDRA RODYCH IN SASKATOON-ENJOY YOUR MONEY KENDRA-YES I AGREE WITH THE STRESS COMMENT BELOW BY JOHN ( THE OWNER) -ESPECIALLY WHEN THINGS ARE BROUGHT TO YOUR ATTENTION AND YOU DO NOTHING TO HELP A COLDWELL CLIENT-YOU KNEW EXACTLY WHAT KENDRA WAS DOING WAS WRONG AND YOU DID NOTHING ABOUT IT -YES WE DID HAVE A $15 000 NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE -RANDY , DID YOU HAVE ALL YOUR FREINDS & FAMILY LEAVE POSITIVE COMMENTS FOR YOU ??

It took us awhile to find our home. Ryan Stanek worked tirelessly with us from start to finish (9 months). His council was always professional and well considered. We were very glad that we had someone like Ryan to work with us. I would highly recommend Ryan Stanek at Coldwell Banker to anyone wanting to buy or sell real estate.

I have been with Coldwell Banker Signature now for 16 months and its been great, the support, training and people that are there has been a great change. I wish I would have made the move to Coldwell Banker Signature years ago!

Nightmare experience, sold our home with Kendra Rodych of COLDWELL SASKATOON ,no knowledge of the industry at all -sold our home for our bottom price only to find she changed the agreed commission price-tried to notify Coldwell of what was happening and the owners could care less-the only thing they care about is padding their own pockets, there are a lot of better realtors in Saskatoon than Kendra and Coldwell -stay clear of Coldwell IN SASKATOON with the biggest purchase of your life-new owners of Coldwell that are chasing the almighty $$$$-WHEN DEALING WITH KENDRA KEEP ALL TEXTS AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING
