I recently visited this Coop Liquor Store on a late-night run, and unfortunately, I had a highly disappointing experience with the employee working the night shift. The individual's behavior was unprofessional and left a lot to be desired in terms of customer service.Firstly, when I entered the store and asked for assistance in locating a particular liquor item, the employee seemed disinterested and unwilling to help. Instead of offering guidance or pointing me in the right direction, the guy simply ignored my request and was just standing at the till. This lack of basic assistance was quite frustrating, as I expected a minimum level of customer service from a reputable store.Moreover, what was even more disheartening was the employee's disrespectful demeanor. When I persisted and asked again for assistance, the person not only refused to help but also displayed a dismissive attitude. The guy made unpleasant facial expressions and seemed annoyed by my request for guidance. Such behavior reflects poorly on the store and creates a negative shopping experience for customers.As a customer, I believe it is essential for retail employees to be courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the night shift employee at this Liquor Store failed to meet these expectations. This rude behavior and lack of willingness to assist customers left me feeling frustrated and undervalued.I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Providing adequate training and emphasizing the importance of customer service can greatly improve the overall shopping experience at the Coop Liquor Store.I would caution potential customers to be prepared for a lackluster customer service experience, particularly during the late hours.

Cody was super quick to solve a mid charge . Unfortunately it happened on the first yucky weather day of the year and I had to come back but thank you for your excellent customer service skills and quick resolution

Went in and purchased a 12 of Budweiser bottles. Came home and when I took it out of the vehicle the box literally fell apart. I called the store but as per what the clerk said, they do not do anything at all unless it occurs in the store or in their parking lot. I highly suggest you test the sturdiness of the boxes of anything you purchase and not trust that staff or management will do that in advance. If I could give this location zero stars I would!

Did not know they are open until 10pm!! Helpful when you forget to stop anywhere until the night before you head out of town. Good selection and the prices are pretty good.

This is the only liquor store located in Blairmore unless I'm blind but it's better than nothing. Lots of various brands drinks and an associate helped me find Sake. Not a great selection compared to the government store but at least they have some. I was looking for the $10-$11 bottles but those will suffice for now. Overall great experience.
