I am truly disappointed in the service that myself and other customers received at the post office. The worker, Lana, was extremely rude to both customers and her coworkers. After reading more reviews, and seeing that I am not the only person to mention her attitude, I can only come to the conclusion that she is receiving special treatment. Her behaviour is downright abusive and an embarrassment to any HR system Co-op might have. The way she speaks to her coworkers is disgusting, and the fact that she is still welcome to work there is a disgrace to the idea of customer service. Frankly, it is depressing to think that Co-op cares so little for their own staff by keeping her around.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I had the worst experience with post office lady. She has the worst attitude ever and she’s probably the rudest person ever I spoke to some of the staff that work there about her and they all have the same complaints and they told me that every customer complaints about her but the manager doesn’t do anything about it.I left a note for the manager Troy, and he was just as useless as she was. cheers to the worst co-op in Saskatoon.

I've been doing our primary food shopping here since they opened 20 years ago. They have the best pharmacy I've ever used--really great, personalized service. They get to know your name and face, will do research for you on specific issues/medications, offer various kinds of vaccines, etc. The grocery store has a wide selection, decent prices (though not as cheap as some), and an outstanding meat counter. The Canada post outlet in the store is also a draw.

ordered a cake for my sisters birthday as i didn’t have time to make on myself. definitely making her one my own next time. asked for a plain white cake, with a white border and icing. wanted 21 to be written on top in pink. the borders were messy, and falling off the top, the 21 was barely legible with it being off centred, and the 2 being double the size off the 1. very disappointing for a very simple cake design

Nice grocery store. Lots of inventory and get variety. Our Lions club was able to set up a ticket table to sell Grey Cup tickets, which was greatly appreciated.
