“Staff is hard-working especially when they're understaffed. I've seen one worker in particular who can throw items on the shelf like nobody's business, they are a pure ball of energy. Whenever I see them, I have to admire their work ethic (and rugged good looks). Their name tag said Rebecca, so to whoever is in charge of wages, I hope you're paying them fairly.”

“I took my nephew to get a pair of sandals and we had such a great experience!! I had never been there before, and was impressed with the large selection of clothes ranging from infant to preteen in both boys and girls aswell as sale/clearance items (as low as $5).
But the thing that really made my experience stand out was Angela! She helped me get my nephew into a cute pair of sandals that will fit him for the summer and provided us just really great customer service. I was so thankful because I couldn’t figure out how to get his little feet into a size that fit.
He’s been wearing the shark sandals every single day since!

“Store is bright & well lit. Staff are always nice. Lots of cute clothing. I find carters brand to be better quality compared to other children’s clothing of similar style. Just wish that Carters would carry more of the sales in store that they often seem to have online.”
“I came in and noticed the staff working hard to clean the store and some customers blatently throwing clothes around and onto the floor without care. I couldn't imagine putting that work day in and day out and having rude people with zero manners throwing it in your face. With that said if the staff can't keep up perhaps they need more staff to keep ontop of folding and cleanliness. Customer service was great and I found what I was looking for. I hope customers here can be more mindful of the hard work that goes into the store and try to not leave a disaster after someone just folded it.”
“Love Once Upon a Child! The store is so neat and tidy. The clothes are organized by size and colour. Great selection. And I feel much better buying second hand kids clothes. I will say that their consignment/buy back selection process is rather random; sometimes they don’t take items that are in good shape. But oh wells.”

Unisex?... is that even a thing anymore?...I might be glitching in the 80s..lol..if you got legs n arms and a head these clothes will work for you!! Its just fun! Have a little dance in the aisle!! Spray some perfume..take a walk in the heels?”
