Purchased a Xbox one, it was sealed with a clear plastic so I couldn’t not inspect it fully with a game covering the controller. After opening it the controller had no battery cover. I called asking if I could get a replacement and they said “did you buy the warranty, is the console is working, if it is then there is nothing I can do. ” I left my name and number with the lady asking to have a manager call me hoping I can get it sorted and to my surprise 2 months later and still nothing. Take your business else where and don’t support these scammers

This pawnshop is very poor. We bought an item and then had to pay 10 percent for them to warrant the item. It was suppose to have worked and when qe got home it wouldn't work properly. They only refunded a in store credit for amount that wasn't the same, so we could not buy the same item. Then on another occasion tried panning item and would only offer 5 percent of what's worth and mentioned credit needs to be good. It's a dam pawnshop. Not like it would make my credit score go up. Staff was rude, walked away when I was trying to inquire about the return. . I was very disappointed with service. Recommend to people to use another pawnshop. These people do not have customer service skills at all. And seem to take advantage of the fact that they are only pawnshop with in that area. Take advantage of the poor people.

This used to be a really respectful, welcoming place to go. Like any business though, it's all about staff and thanks to the turn over resulting in rude, lazy staff, this place is a dumpster fire. Do yourself a favor and stay away. This isn't anywhere near what it once was. I don't even pawn things. I just stopped in to grab some gold I liked but was so turned off by the attitudes I encountered, I just left. Easy solution though. My money will just go elsewhere.

Very rude customer service. Hangs up the phone when you ask a question. They also do not do payday loans like it says.
