Decent prices, and inventory. Staff struggle with customer service and communication.

Went to the auto center and the associate was knowledgeable and helpful. Short wait time at the desk when I went on a weekday morning.

I want to give a big shout-out to Amanda from the Canadian Tire Confederation Branch. She was incredibly helpful. I purchased two sturdy shelves and six folding chairs, and Amanda assisted me by carrying my items and providing full service from the checkout to my car. Thank you, Amanda!

Curtis was very rude to us on the phone and in person, he seemed mad at both of us for no reason ??♂️

I want to share my experience at the Canadian Tire Confederation branch on Monday, October 28, around 4:05 PM. I was stopped by a security guard and asked to remove my mask, which I was wearing due to having the flu. I felt offended, as it seemed I was being judged as a potential thief rather than a customer.
I believe it's essential for employees to treat customers with respect and understanding. Shoppers are there to enjoy their experience and find what they need, not to be accused of wrongdoing. Unfortunately, when I spoke to the manager about this, I didn’t feel that my concerns were acknowledged or addressed. I hope that the store can work on fostering a more respectful environment for all customers.

Can’t explain my experience. They charged me $2533 for my vehicle without diagnosing the real problem. After that my vehicle had the same issue and they were not even able to diagnose it then sent it to dealer. In dealer quotations I got the replaced parts by Canadian tire. Then they brought back the vehicle and made another quotation of around $5000 where I got the parts replaced by them 2 weeks ago. My vehicle was there for 1 months. I went through with severe mental harassment and all of them are useless lier specially the service manager. I can’t believe how they are stealing money from people. It’s a crime centre. Never get there again. A non certified mechanic told me he would able to fix it less than $100. Trying that mechanic tomorrow.

I don't often shop here anymore as they lock up a lot of merchandise and I've waited over 15 minutes for an employee to unlock and walk my items up to the counter.

Huge shout out to Blaine and Chris!
Blaine went over and above servicing my vehicle and was more concerned about the safety of my vehicle than anything else!
Chris ensured I was covered through warranty, even though the other service writer was adamant that I wasn’t.
Check your warranty y’all, some service writers obviously do not know what’s covered.

Went to have tires rotated and the service advisor told me the mechanic reported a badly worn wheel bearing pack on my 2018 ram 1500. He quoted 1300..00. I told him I'll get it done at the dealership. They then charged me 79.95 for a front end inspection.
I took it to Dodge City and they told me NOTHING was wrong with any of the bearings.
You hear stories of shady mechanics doing unethical servicing... this is a perfect example.... be AWARE!
