Picked up 2 parcels ordered from Amazon and it was a breeze. Maybe because it's a holiday, and the post office wasn't swamped.. didn't encounter any issues at all.

Old lady with grey short hairs worst customer service.

Worst customer service, i went there many times but there is this old lady at this location, she is so arrogant and was just ignoring me cuz she was gonna miss her bus. I went there at around 5:45 and they close at 6 pm. But she said we are closed.
